Meet the Shagena family.  They picked up little "Ozzy" on Saturday,  Aug. 13th, 2005.
He is out of Sara's litter.
Little Ozzy was a bit shy at first....it takes a little while for our doodles to hear new voices, smell new smells and meet with their new families....but soon they warm up and are ready to say "HELLO".
"Who's your daddy?"   Little Ozzy meets his new dad and greets him with a lick on the hand.
The girls come over and get to pet little Ozzy and see how soft his coat is.
Everyone wants to feel little Ozzy's coat and meet him.
"Lets check out his tail!  That's soft too!"  (I think Ozzy wants to smell the grass because that is new to him too!)
"Look mom!!! Ozzy is giving me a kiss!!!"  Little Ozzy warms up to his new children and whispers
"I think I'm going to like you guys!"
"Do you have teeth, Ozzy??"   Little Ozzy gets his teeth checked out by his curious new children.
"Ozzy, do you want to go home with us?"  Ozzy is ready to go to his new home and spend time with his new family in North Carolina.
By Ozzy!  We look forward in seeing photos as you grow!  Tell you family to take good care of you and we'll be thinking of you!

Toodles.....DOODLE!
Melanie picked up her little girl out of Tory's litter on Saturday,  August 13th, 2005.   I apologize for forgetting what her new name is.

We look forward in seeing photos as she grows and I have since spoken with Melanie who reports that her vet check went very well.
The Raybould family picked up "Angel" on Saturday,  August 13th, 2005 and Angel is out of Tory's litter.  Angel got her new name when her mommie (to the right) had a dream about her.
They were very excited about meeting each other.
Mrs. Raybould and Angel meet for the first time.
Ozzy and Angel already know each other,  but they decided to say good-bye to each other since both are going their seperate ways today.
The Raybould family pose for a doodle snap shot before they take Angel home with them.

Mrs. Raybould reminded me alot of Elizabeth Dole....hmmmm!  Very nice and very southernly.
These adorable girls rode all the way from Mississippi to get their little boy out of Tory's litter!  They are as cute as our doodle!  We look forward in hearing his progress and seeing photos as he ages!  Have a safe trip back....ya'll!
On Sunday,  Amy and her husband Thomas came out and picked up "Mosely".....he is an apricot Goldendoodle pup out of Ariel's litter.
Mosely is "sitting" for his new mommy and seems to like her very much.
Mosely is interested in giving Amy kisses instead of accepting a pat on the head.  Mosely will be residing in NC with his new family and we look forward in seeing pics as he grows.
Linda and her husband drove all the way from Baltimore,  Maryland  to pick up their new little boy on sunday...August 14th, 2005. That was a very long drive and we appreciate all of our customers who make such a long commute to personally pick up their doodle from us.  We don't know yet what this little boy's name will be, but we look forward in viewing photos of him as he grows.   Special thanks to everyone who came out to personally pick up their pup...we appreciate all of our doodle families and love watching our doodles grow!
The Fancher family arrived on Saturday...August 20th, 2005 to pick up their little girl out of Tory's litter and will be taking their little girl back to Georgia with them.  Being newlyweds,  this is a great way to gain experience before the REAL babies arrive!

We thank them very much for making that long drive and coming out!  We look forward in knowing what her new name is and watch how she grows!
The Zive family received their cute Goldendoodle boy in Philadelphia on September 6th, 2005.  It was great to receive the following email and photo:

"Hi Dee!  The puppy arrived in Philadelphia safe and sound!  He's adorable! We named him Jack!  Our two daughters just love him and he is a wonderful addition to our family.

Thanks!

B.

Thanks so much for the adorable photo! Jack is from Sara's litter and all the pups  have   found wonderful homes across the United States!  We look forward in watching him grow! Feel free to send as many photos as you like!
On 9-12-05,  we received these wonderful photos of Blaze and his new parents and the following email:

"Hi, I just wanted to send you some pics with Matt, Kellie & Blaze Hoover!  When Matt told me he was giving me a Goldendoodle for my wedding present, he kept insisting that we did not need a dog......but about 5 hours before we walked down the aisle,  he sent me a stuffed dog with a picture and a sweet poem.  I was so floored to realize that we would pick up Blaze when we got back from our honeymoon.   That was just wha I wanted and we could NOT be happier!!!!!!!
Blaze is doing great!!!!!!!!  He weighs about 7 pounds in these pictures but is growing fast!  We love him so much and send so many thanks for making the process so wonderful!  PS: We picked up Blaze on the 23rd Monday, just so you know what litter he came from.     K.H.

Hi Kelly!  Thanks so much for these photos and your email.  Blaze is from Sara's litter and I am very glad to hear he is doing great.  What a splendid thing Matt did for you!  It was a secret even I had to hold in and I thought it was terrific he wanted to give you a Goldendoodle....a gift of love that keeps on giving!    We look forward in watching him grow as time goes by.  Keep us posted!!!!

On September 27, 2005 we received these lovely photos from one of our doodle families in Arizona.  They own "Harley" (we have several doodle families who named their doodle "Harley".).  This particular Harley is the largest Goldendoodle we have created since 1999.  He was born 12/1/03 and is out of Hallie and Cocoa's litter.  His mommy says that Harley weighs an ASTOUNDING 150 pounds!!!!!  He also stands 32" from the shoulders!!!!
A.S. writes:

Hi Dee,
Harley is one of your doodles.  He was born 12/1/03 from Hallie and Cocoa. He is the best family dog we have ever had!!!  That is why you will be getting our application for a second doodle born after the first of the year ('06).  Harley is about 32" at the shoulders and weighs about 150 pounds!  He graduated puppy obedience and will soon be evaluated with the Delta Society to become a therapy dog.  We can't go anywhere that he is not the center of attention.  People of all ages love Harley!!  We wanted to share these shots of our BIGGG BOY!

We certainly welcome you to purchase a second doodle from us...it is not unusual at all for our doodle families to want another one to add to their family.  I do, however, have to say that unless someone tells me differently,  Harley is the largest doodle  created since 1999.  It doesn't surprise me, though because our Golden Retrievers' ancestors come from "PEKAY" lineage and Pekay Kennels creates some of the largest...most fantastic Golden Retrievers in the United States.  To this date,  they are still creating champions!  We've had many offers from Golden breeders wanting to trade one of their Goldens for one of ours and we have turned them down because of the fact the the Gold Rush lineage in many Golden Retrievers has too many genetic defects...while we have enjoyed extremely limited and low genetic issues with the Pekay Lineage.  Harley is the size of a SMALL HORSE...but what an absolutely gorgeous dog he has turned out to be.  We are also glad that you have enjoyed the pleasure of watching him become a therapy dog.  It doesn't, again, surprise me to hear that he has the temperament worthy of being used as a therapy dog because many of our Goldendoodles share the same wonderful temperament.
Their look....their appearance....their beauty....their brains....their superb temperament is the consistancy we have held onto since beginning our doodles in 1999 and this comes from breeding not only the proper way...but having some terrific breeding stock!  We can't guarantee you'll get another doodle quite as large...but we can guarantee you'll enjoy the next one just as you have with Harley.  We look forward in servicing you again.

Dee

Sophie....a beautiful Lake Ridge Goldendoodle
We received these lovely photos of "Sophie"....whose cousin, Daisy,  lives nearby her.   Sophie's dad is Orlando and her mother is "Rosebud".    Sophie was born in Jan. of 2005.  She is a small, cream and beautiful female Goldendoodle.  Special thanks to Robyn for sending these lovely pictures! Sorry it took so long to get them edited and placed on our site!

Dee

We received these lovely photos of  "Jack" and "Charlie" from Beth  in October 2005.....just so you know...Charlie is a female.   Charlie was purchased by her family after they met and fell in love with Jack.  Not so uncommon for our doodles!
People always fall in love with them after meeting them.
Thanks so much to Beth for sending these photos and for recommending us to your friends.   Jack is simply adorable and we are very glad he is making a very loving companion for you.

We received this photo from our Schnoodle family in October of 2005.  Both are very cute guys!  Murphy (sable male to the left) is one of our past Schnoodle puppies who looks very happy with his new Schnauzer friend.  Thanks so much for keeping in touch and continuing to send great pics!  We have 2 new TOY sized litters of Schnoodles...just CLICK HERE to view.

October 15th, 2005 was a pick up day for Nickie's litter of beautiful apricot Goldendoodle babies.   Mary Jane was our first new doodle member arrived to pick up her little girl.   We look forward in watching this little girl grow!  Keep in touch!
Our second doodle family arrived and we had a fun time watching my little toy doodle play with their new little male out of Nickie's litter.  The kids had a blast!
"Shorty" is one of our doodle pups sired by our toy Poodle sire.  You can click here to read more if you are seeking a small doodle.   Shorty, however is not for sale.  We are keeping him and I call him my "POCKET DOODLE".  He had a blast meeting the Rowley family.
The Rowley family has named their new little apricot doodle boy from Nickie's litter "Jaxon"...very cool name!  We look forward in watching him grow as time goes by.
Keep in touch you guys!  Thanks for coming out! It was fun!
The Hnatko family came out too and picked up our last male doodle out of Rosie and Orlando's litter.  They have their own personal family website so we definitely hope they will add this cute little boy to their site and we look forward in watching him grow!
Thanks for driving all the way from South Carolina! We appreciate our new doodle family members driving out to personally pick up their new doodles.
The O'Hara  family came out too and picked up their little male  doodle out of  Nickie's litter.  Their little boy immediately bonded with all of them and we had fun playing with him and showing off his ability to "give paw".

Thanks for driving all the way from Maryland! We appreciate our new doodle family members driving out to personally pick up their new doodles.
After a little bit of coaxing,  we were able to convine this little guy to "go potty" on the newspaper so that his long road trip back to Maryland would be "uneventful".....at least, in that department!  We look forward in watching him grow  and see photos!  Keep in touch guys!

On Oct. 17, 2005...Jan sent us these adorable photos of "Daisy"...she is one of our small cream Goldendoodle girls who Jan says weighs just 28 pounds at the ripe age of 9 months.  Daisy is out of Rosebud and Orlando's litter and is the cousin to "Triton" and "Sophie" .   She is so cute, Jan and I love the funny pic below!  She is too comical!  Thanks for keeping in touch!

On Oct. 18, 2005...Pam sent us a lovely photo of "Neubie"....
Pam writes:
"Hi Dee,
Just a little update of our girl, Neubie.  She's had all of her shots now and is growing like a weed! She loves riding on the console in the truck and thinks that anytime we go someplace she's suppose to go too, which most of the time she does.  I use her often when I do photo shoots...especially with the kids.
She does wonders for those who won't smile for me.  I've included one of her latest pics.  We'll keep you posted on her latest happenings.

Pam of  SC

Thanks so much for sending us updated photos! We absolutely love getting pictures of our superb Goldendoodles!

On Oct. 18, 2005,  the last female from Rosie and Orlando's litter left for her new home with the Chambers family.
We look forward in seeing her grow and finding out what her new name will be.
Daisy...a beautiful Lake Ridge Goldendoodle
On October 20th, 2005  Jan sent us another photo of Daisy.  She is out of Rosebud and Orlando's litter.  Jan says she is so happy with Daisy and that Daisy is the love of her life who brings great joy to her.

Jan,  I can't thank you enough for sending us photos of Daisy and we are very appreciative of all of our doodle families who send us such great photos and comments.  You can't believe the lunatics out there who think Goldendoodles should be "abolished" and call them such terrible names just because they are NOT purebred Golden Retrievers!!!  Such fanatic lunatics have no idea how wonderful these dogs are and how proud we are to be their creator!
On Oct. 21, 2005...we received the following email and lovely holiday festive photos from  one  of our doodle famillies:

Hello!

Remember me? I 'm  Rosie and Orlando's boy. Just dropping you a line to let you know that everything is just fabulous!. My tummy got upset on the way home  but Ms. Sara was sitting back there with ME and she got me cleaned up real quick. She talked to me a real lot but I really wasn't sure what she said. Seems like a really nice lady.

My new dad, Joseph, well he keep pointing one of those funny lttle boxes at me that occasionaly make flashes and took the four pictures attched to this email. Well anyway, when I got back home he let me out of that metal thing everybody is so found of sticking me in and I got to touch real grass! Complete with leaves and twiggs. Something about that fresh air just juiced me up. My first task, as you can see by the pictures, was to attack Mt. Pumpkin and Mt. Gord.  We ran around that grassy yard for quite a while then we got to sit for a spell. And get this, when I got out of the Van  I had to ..well err.. do my business.. and got to do it right there in the back yard on the grass. Can you imagine!

After that I got to eat a good helping of that puppy food you sent along. Then it was time for a nice long nap. That fresh air sure can make a little tike tired. Saturday night went fine and I slept through the whole night without a wimper. Yep, think I gonna like this place. Thanks for taking great care  of me and placing me in a good home. So don't worry too much, I'll write and sent pictures as often as I can. Right now I have big business to do, seems like they forgot a sock on the floor and I'm claiming it!.

Bye for now,

Boskoe de Gamma Hnatko

PS -

We are pleased to annouce that our new goldendoodle's name is BosKoe de Gamma Hnatko. Huh you say?

Given the following :

-Samson dog names generally begin with the letter 'B'.

-When we arrived home with BosKoe he made a beeline for MT. Pumkins and Mt. Gordy. There was no doubt we had an explorer on our hands (and feet, faces, legs & everywhere else he could reach).

- BosKoe's dad's full name was Orlando Omega.

SO, what we had was an explorer, whose name should begin with the letter 'B', and had to have a greek name to tie him back to his dad. Oh yea, needed to incorporate our family names as well.

After going through many explorers (Edmund Hillary: Hillary gave me the shivers!, livington, etc) we came upon Vasco de Gamma. Last part fit our need for an explorer with a greek tie. Next, after trying to rhymn names with Vasco, Boscoe seemd a fit; after all it began with a 'b'. Now the tuff part .. incorpate our family names. An you get

B - first letter must begin with 'B'
o - from Joseph
s - from Sara
K - from Kyle
o - from joseph
e - from Eric

So there ya go! Now you know the rest of the story.

Thanks so much for these festive photos of Boskoe!  He is out of Rosie and Orlando's '05  litter and we are thrilled to see he is having a great time with being a part of your family! We look forward in watching him grow!

On Nov. 5th,  2005 the Kelley family came out to pick up their little doodle girl "Zoey".
She is out of Queenie and Darby's litter.   It was fun watching the girls with their cameras...Zoey felt like a celebrity with all the flashing going on!  Zoey got to say good-bye to her LhasaPoo friend who also left for her new home on the same day.
On Nov. 5th,  this cute lil' fella came to pick up his new Basset Hound puppy.  The Morgan family should have alot of "lazy" fun with this adorable Lemon/white girl.
On Nov. 5th,  Kathy came to pick up our last LhasaPoo cream sable female puppy.  We know they will have loads of fun together!
On Nov. 5th,  2005 The Matthews family came out to get their little doodle boy and what fun I had taking these candid photos of a little boy getting to know "HIS" little boy.  This little boy is out of Angel and Darby's litter.  It was alot of fun for me to watch the interaction between young Mr. Matthews and his new friend....his very first Goldendoodle.  We hope to see them both as they grow.
On November 21, 2005 we received the above letter from one of our Goldendoodle customers' who picked up their lovely apricot Goldendoodle named "Ozzy".  His photos are at the top of this page.  We thank Janice for sending us the wonderful letter and the two great photos of Ozzy and her children.
Dear Janice,

Thanks so much for letting us know how "Ozzy" is progressing and it does not surprise us at all that he was head of his obedience class!  Seems to be par for the course where our Goldendoodles are concerned!  Beauty...brains....love smellin' the flowers as they romp the world!  Your wonderful letter is further confirmation the entire reason other breeders are so darned jealous of our doodle success! PS: Love the costumes!
Their terrific!

Meet "Callie".  This lovely apricot doodle's father is "Darby" and we took her to a professional photographer before taking her down to Florida to meet her new family...>The Bernstein's.  She is so incredibly photogenic and I had a blast traveling with her. The Bernstein's sent me a recent email:

"Dear Dee,
Thank you again! We took Callie to the vet today and she got her shot. She was 17 pounds! A three pound gain in the first week! Everything was fine with her.  She is just "awesome"!!! It's been a week and what an experience! She absolutely LOVES Dana and eats like a true champ!
She has such a great temperament and is so delicious! We love our doodle to death! Feel free to use us as a reference. Your Terrific, Dee!
