Bink is taking his lessons with a lot of fun, and hes doing pretty well. When we walk with him, he is also getting a bit naugty and walkes away! In the house he is very alert, but most of the times it's okay  after a small bark. Only with our eldest son Yannick it's is still difficult.  Yannick has autism and makes sounds or movements that scare Bink.  We are teaching yannick and ourselves to act positive on the barking and don't start shouting;  Yannick is the only one that gives Bink  treats, and Edwin and Yannick play with Bink together. It will be a matter  of time we think, and otherwise we will ask someone to find out whether is Bink trying to be higher in the gang or that Bink is for some reason afraid of Yannick.

We want to thank you again for all you help getting Bink to Holland. Maybe we din't realise it at first, but you must have a lot of work preparing everything to get him here. But we are really very happy with him!
You can see from the pictures that Bink has become a real dutch doodle. We hope you can make a page on your website of Bink. We will keep you updated!

update on Bink, with pictures!

Hello Dee and Mike,

Here's  an update from Bink in Holland. We are very glad with him! He is really very playfull, likes to wander around in our garden or outside. He likes very much to be cuddled  and brushed. Although he has been neutered,  he is fond of females.   We took him a few times to the river, with Monique's brother's dog Leica, a crossing with a Berner Senner and  they play a lot together. Bink wins most of the times... You can see them in the pictures!

When we walk with him we get a lot of attention. Everybody thinks he's pretty and wonders what kind of dog he  is. Two weeks ago the only dutch goldendoodle-breeder in Holland has been in a dutch news show and Bink is now more recognized as "the dog we have seen on television".  Too Funny!

And another surprise... Edwin was walking with Bink and saw a dog that looked like him.  Its  owners were also very surpirised to see that. They bought the dog from a breeder, when they were looking for another kind of dog. The breeder was not good for the dog  and they kind of rescued it.  But they didn't know what kind of dog it was. Nessie, a female, is a lot smaller then Bink (which grows quick by the way!) altough she's 1,5 years old. Her character is precisously like Bink, and also her appereance..but Bink is much prettier! When we have pictures of the two of them we will sent them to you.
Bink, a goldendoodle from our Goldendoodle World, in Holland with his friends.
Dear Monique,  Bink has made an amazing journey to Holland and with some patience,  he'll get use to your son who has autism.  It's definiately not quiet here but perhaps the sudden movements or sounds may scare Bink.  I've never seen our Goldendoodles actually try to dominate a person but we have seen one or two Goldendoodles act this way with another doodle when they are being fed together.   I am thrilled to see Bink so very happy.  I appreciate all of the photos you've sent.   PLEASE CLICK HERE TO SEE BINK'S PERSONAL DOODLE PAGE.   Thanks so much.   Bink is out of Mara's litter and we still have 2 males left available for sale.

Hi Dee,

Thank you so very much for taking the time to talk to me about Goldendoodles.  When I found your website,  I wanted to email you to let you know that your website is fantastic!  I have learned so much about Goldendoodles through your expertise about the doodle dog.   You have so much knoweldge about goldendoodles.  I couldn't find your email address which is why I called you.  I wanted to thank you for putting out such great information and to tell you that your Goldendoodles are beautiful!  I own a Goldendoodle and I bought him from a different breeder that was closer to me.  Had I   known you were in NC while I was in Florida visiting,  I would have gone through you for my Goldendoodle and picked one up on my way back to New York.  I wasn't that impressed with my Goldendoodle's breeder but I have fallen in complete love with my Murphy.  Your website has allowed me to learn so much about the Goldendoodle dog .
I hope your health improves so you can continue breeding your wonderful goldendoodles.  Here are a few pictures of our newest member of our family.

Take Care,
Sharon

Dear Sharon,
Thanks so much for sharing your Goldendoodle with us.  I really have made my website so extensive about Goldendoodles out of frustration with the erroneous information being written on the internet about the Goldendoodle dog by other breeders or  "doodle haters".
While we do desire to sell and place our own Goldendoodles,  I am also glad to hear that our website helps people with their own Goldendoodles.  While other breeders won't admit it,  they DO use our information as a guide or tool for their own dogs.   I'm glad that our website was helpful to you and if you'd like to give others our website, perhaps they'd like to purchase one of our terrific doodles.  Thank you for your kind words.  My recently diagnosed health issue has been quite difficult for me. I don't know what is worse,  the necessary medication/treatment or the illness itself.  Diabetes is a very frustrating and difficult  illness,  especially when the person is unaware they are diabetic.  Unfortunately for me,  I was very close to going into a diabetic coma before finding out what the problem was.  I'm having difficulty adjusting to the medicines and my sugar levels right now are like a roller coaster which causes dizziness,  headaches and a general sense of not being well......so, I'm hoping too that it gets better over time.  Diabetes also affects your eyes and lately I've had a tough time with my vision.  Its all very upsetting to deal with but it can only go up or down hill from here, right???    If you are ever in the market for a second doodle,  we hope you'll get your next one from us.  I removed my email address from my website so that if someone had a question or concern, they would call us directly.  We just tell people to call if they want to purchase from us or get our email address so that they can send us photos of the canine they have purchased from us in the past.

Arrival of Paden

Hi Dee & Mike -

Did not get on the computer before Mike's arrival......too much going on for a Friday.

Mike, thank you so very much for bringing Paden to us (here in Maryland).  You had some great weather.  Unlike today which is dull, gray highs only in the 60's.

Paden is doing great! Only 2 accidents (tinkles) in the house so far.  Paden met the neighbors Dachsund, Pixel yesterday evening.  She is a bit of a diva and tried to give Paden some attitude.  Paden just hopped around as if to say Oh yeah, little dog.......don't make put some Doodle on you.

Paden met some other dogs in PetSmart as well yesterday.  Did very very well.  We enrolled him in Puppy School which will begin in June.  We found Puppy Pedigree soft food as well.

The crate we bought is too small.  We went with what the clerk suggested.  So its another run back to return the crate this afternoon.

Paden was ooed and smoozed over at Pet Smart.  What a beautiful boy! and Oh my goodness look at those eyes!  Followed by what his he?  When I told people he was a Goldendoodle they could not believe it.

Paden is fascinated with our back door.  Or any glass that he sees himself in.  Mirrors not so much.  Just reflective glass.

Paden just wants to be with us.  More specifically me.  He will not go outside unless I go with him.  Will not stay outside for any length of time.  Follows me from room to room.  I am taking it as an adjustment thing.

No interest in toys at all.  Nibbles on a his bone for a few seconds then nuzzles up to me for hugs and rubs.

Paden is eating well.  No signs of stomach disruption due to change.

You can always tell when Paden is coming coz you can hear his Lipperzaner stallion prance as he approaches.

Paden's gentle disposition has made him a fast friend for Davey.  Davey giggles with glee when Paden gives him kisses.

I will get all the paperwork back to you once Paden has completed his neuter.

Thanks for everything.

Keep in touch.

Take care,
Laura

Dear Laura,
Thank you for adopting Paden.  He is a true love bug in every sense of the word. His blue eyed brother has a near exact disposition as Paden only he will turn in circles until you sit down and hug him!  They so love to cuddle and give kisses.

You described Paden to a TEE!  He is not so much interested in toys as he is following you if you walk around and then coming right up to you when you sit down and give you more and more hugs, kisses and snuggles.  Our Goldendoodles are very generous with kissing....and as you see,  they don't like to be too far away from where you are.  Nope..not an adjustment thing...Paden like all of our Goldendoodles will be right next to you no matter where you go.

You will find that no matter where you take Paden,  many people will make comments about him and ask you many questions about him.  Very few have ever seen a smooth coat Goldendoodle...much less one with beautiful green eyes and a chocolate colored nose.  His coat is still growing so you'll see more of his "feathering" coming out that is similar to a Golden Retriever,  but he will continue to have those long slender legs that come with the Standard  Poodle.

We look forward in photos as he matures and please do keep in contact.  Thank you for all of your helpful information about diabetes.  I am happy to report that today,  my blood sugar level was 94 for the first time in a very long time.  It has been a roller coaster ride as far as trying to keep my blood sugar levels down
but as I said,  I found some really great supplements that are helping with the medication and I think over time,  things will improve as far as complications with the medication and the up and down levels.   Now if I can get rid of the HOT FLASHES,  I'll be doing great! haha

Thank you again and we look forward in watching Paden grow!  If you send us enough photos,  we can create his own personal page.

Gracie...a blue eyed smooth coat Goldendoodle from our Goldendoodle World
Gracie
From: Kacki Sweeney

Hi Dee,

I hope you are doing well!! I wanted to email and let you know two things. One….Gracie has been spayed and I have the certificate and wanted to let you know that since it was in the contract. If you need a copy, I will be glad to mail it to you.
Second…….I wanted to tell you know about our experience last week with a Nylabone.

I was in a pet store picking up some food for Gracie and asked the store clerk what he would suggest for a good sturdy chew toy for a dog that won’t splinter, break off in chunks  and that would last a long time. He suggested a Nylabone. ( about 9 inches long and shaped like a real bone) He told me that they were designed to just shave away as the dog chews it and will not break off. I thought that made since, so I got her one. On the way out, I had another employee tell me that she gave them to her dog all the time and it will last months. Well, I got home and gave it to her. She LOVED it!! I went upstairs to get my son to bed and about an hour and  a half later, came back down to check on her and it was GONE!! I thought she had hidden it and didn’t really think much of it. The next day, she acted a little weird and was not as active as usual and I called the vet to see if I needed to bring her in. They said to watch her and make sure that she was eating and drinking, which she was.

The next week she would not eat or drink and was very lethargic and I was getting really worried. Took her in to the vet and the X-ray showed part of the bone stuck in her small intestine causing blockage. We had to do emergency exploratory surgery to remove it and  $1,000 later, she is now home and feeling much better.

I just wanted to warn everyone out there with one of your precious Goldendoodles, not to believe everything you hear about toys and treats for dogs. Just because it says that it will not sliver or break off on big pieces…..DOES NOT mean in all cases!!
So, everyone should watch their dog closely if they have any new treat or toy and make sure that they can’t break it off.
I just wanted to share that with you knowing that you have many people asking you for advice about their dog so that you can pass that along.
Hope you have a great rest of the week and please let me know if you need a copy of the certificate.  I have people ask me all the time where I got her and what breed she is.   We love her so much and we are so lucky that this worked out for the best as well.

Thanks,

Katherine Sweeney

(Gracie’s Mom)

Dear Katherine,

Wow! I can't believe that this happened to Gracie!  Thank god you took her right away to the vet and they could figure out what happened! It could have been disastrous!  We lost a boxer back when we first moved here to NC in a similar incident!  He had blockage in his intestines from one of those chewy rawhide bones and the vet never diagnosed him as having blockage in his intestines.  He died in my arms in my kitchen! I was completely devestated.  We always tell people to not give their dogs these types of things or even toys that a dog can fit in their mouths to chew on because this is what happens if they accidentally break apart.  Our boxer we have now..who is ten years old and is as gray as ever now has never been able to have toys because we haven't found anything he couldn't pop, break apart or destroy.  We even purchased once, a huge basketball and he popped that on the third day of having it...so, he doesn't get toys....we chase him around in the yard instead to get exercise!haha  Please keep me posted on Gracie's recovery and thank you for sending such a lovely photo of her!

Marley...a Goldendoodle from a different goldendoodle breeder.

Hey guys,

My wife and I recently got a Goldendoodle, Marley, from a breeder in Georgia. We have lived in North Carolina all of our lives, but recently moved to Georgia, which is why we got our doodle from a breeder not far from us.  I love Cleveland-..-very charming town. Since getting Marley, we have become obsessed with  Goldendoodles!  I can see where you get your passion--they are the best   dog's in so many ways. Marley is not only beautiful, but incredibly  loving and intelligent. He learned to sit, high-five, lay down and  spin around in about 2 hours at the age of 9 weeks. I have book marked your site and read it all the time. It has literally become a  hobby of mine to read and learn about this precious breed on your  website! Marley is a 50/50 mix, first generation goldendoodle. I'm  sure that being THE expert in this field that you get an abundance of  emails about goldendoodles, so I understand if you don't have time to  write me back--no worries!  BUT, just in case---Marley is exactly 16  weeks old today and is growing very, very fast. He is probably about  33-36 pounds already and quite tall. My wife and I are in constant  wonder and debate about his coat. She thinks that he is a smooth coat
(which we learned about from your website of course!) and I think that  he is a slightly wavy coat--that will never get extremely wavy. He  does NOT have a flume tail, but does have very curly ears, a poodle head and mohawk and very thick fur underneath his paws and whispy,  thick fur growing up his legs and a few batches of fur on his back that is now sticking out several inches. He had no beard, until  recently when he starting getting some lighter color fur all over his
muzzle and around his eyes (but not too long). So, you're the
expert.....what do you think? Again, my apologies for taking up your  time. Smooth coat or slightly wavy?

Anyways, thank you again. And, by the way, when Marley gets to be  about 1 year of age, we might get him a little sister. We'll be in  touch with you at that point to further discuss.

Take Care,

Philip & Elizabeth
Marley.. a Goldendoodle not from our doodle world, but cute just the same.
Dear Philip and Elizabeth,  thank you for sharing your Goldendoodle, Marley, with us!  Did you know we also have a doodle named Marley?  Check him out here. The first photos I saw I thought your doodle could be a smooth coat but these photos here confirm he is a shaggy coat. Just perhaps a late bloomer. He's a keeper! I am very glad you've found my site to be helpful and when you are ready for your next doodle...by all means, make sure to come to us.  A true smooth coat does not have the wispiness that your Marley has on the face.  I'll be creating a page soon about the smooth coat doodle so that might help you out even more.

Dee,
I have attached some photos of our Goldendoodles that both myself and my brother purchased from you.  Blaze will be 3 this June and is weighing about 55lbs, however he is tall and skinny.  He is the most FANTASTIC dog ever!  We love him so much!!  He has so much personality and is so fun loving.  We are expecting our first child in August, so he will be great with her too!  HE is funny with all the baby things arriving in the house, he knows something is going on.  We will not quit spoiling  our little Blaze!!

Coda is doing great too, she is smaller, weighing about 30 lbs, she fits right under Blaze's belly!  Brian, my brother (who purchased her from you)  is enjoying her so much.  She participated in a doggy parade a few weekends ago and loves the mountains. We will have to check out your website soon, are their pics still up?

Hiya Dee -
I hope this finds you doing well.....or at least a little better. Wanted to drop you a note on this Paden's 8 month Birthday   Paden is doing great.  Filling out nicely.  Eating really well. I have some recent photos and will try to get them off to you soon. Paden is a celebrity in our neighborhood.  Everyone he meets he just loves them up!  Paden's sweet disposition wins people over instantly.  Everyone says the exact same thing, "What a gorgeous dog!" and "Oh you are so sweet." Paden is not the only Doodle in town   We met another Goldendoodle named, Gracie, the other night when we were out for our walk.
Gracie is one HUGE Doodle!  Paden and Gracie wiggled and sniffed all over each other.  Gracie was a bit too big and way too hyper for Paden's liking so Paden turned his attention to Gracie's owner instead.  Snuggled up to the man and lapped up the attention.  Well, I will close for now.....promise to get some pictures off to you soon.

Take care,
Laura

Dear Laura,  I'm so glad that Paden is showing everyone what a sweetheart our Goldendoodles are!  We look forward in seeing new photos!

Hi Dee and doodles!

It has been a long time since I checked in with you about Ozzy!  He will be 3 years old on June 26th! He is still healthy and happy!  Life has been busy and crazy here!  Our oldest child, Michael, graduates from high school next week!  I will be sure to get some pics of Ozzy with the graduate!  I've sent a few recent pics of Ozzy.  The biggest change for him has been that we bought a boat and he has become a regular boating doodle!!!  He wears his "dog vest" when we are going fast.  He loves to swim in the lake and watch the kids tube and ski behind the boat!  He is still the sweetest dog I have ever known.  Everyone at the marina knows his name and greets him when we go out on the boat.  He barks as we pool away from the dock, as if saying goodbye!   His coat is short again, as we had him shaved for summer and swimming!!!  I hope you enjoy the few photos and I will get more to you soon.  Say hi to all of the doodles from Ozzy!
Take care!

Hi Dee,

Sorry for our late response, but we were very busy last weeks. I have my own company and first I had an important exhibition in Holland and last week I was on a business trip to China. So just work work work for the last couple of weeks.
About Bink we just can say that he is exactly as you described: a very gentle, loving, sweet and playful dog!!! Everyone looks at him when we are walking, because he looks so funny and because of the gallant way he moves. He is still a bit uncertain now and then and is barking when e.g. the doorbell is ringing. We say that we have a watch-dog now too.

Finally Bink made friends with Yannick. We are very proud of Yannick. However he was very disappointed in the beginning he really carried on to win Bink’s friendship and finally he succeeded. Now they play a lot together every day. This morning Bink was lying on his back in the kitchen very relaxed while he allowed Yannick to stroke him on his belly and chest.
We don’t have new photos yet, but we will make new ones and send them to you this week.

Kind regards,

Edwin

Thank you, Edwin!  Yes, Goldendoodles will bark if they hear a noise or hear/see strangers but they are not aggressive dogs that would attack someone.  Just great "alert" dogs.

I am so happy to hear that he and Yannick have now become friends.  Yeahhhhhhhhh!

Bink will soon be having his first birthday so by all means, please DO send us updated photos and info such as his weight and size.

Bink is out of Mara/Star Dusts' litter and we still have two lovely males left waiting for homes.

We hope all is well in your lovely Holland!

I was thinking of you recently.  See attached pic of Toula.......I entered her in a cutest pet contest online and she got an 8.1 out of 10 !  And that was at Sugarloot, where all the teeny boppers go and have all their friends vote them up.  The winner was a cat and the girl had over 1200 votes.  I had 48, but still Toula came out right where I would expect her too.  I'm proud.

Just about the time I was going to have her spayed,  I had a serious medical problem and spent her vet money on me.  She just went through heat.  I wasted my money buying diapers.  Hardly anything happened at all, but she is still swollen some.

She went through a time of stubborness and not obeying, but she is duck soup in my care now!  She is maturing, and has become very obedient.  She tries hard to learn something new I am teaching her.  I can see it in her eyes, and then I see them change when she gets it.  We both love that.  We just love being together.  She is my best friend and constant companion.

She likes to sit in front of the glass storm door and watch.  When she sees people or dogs she barks and I work with her constantly to be quiet.  We are making good progress.

I will send her vet record later on; I have to scan it in.

Nancy

Dear Nancy! I'm so proud that she got alot of votes for being so cute, because she SURE is!!  Toula is just as pretty as I remember her to be.  She's an adorable LhasaPoo and I'm so glad to see she's doing well.
Your being a great "mommie".

Take care and thank you for such a lovely photo!  I also hope YOU are feeling much better!

JUNE 2008: Thank you, Mr. & Mrs. Hamilton for making this beautiful female Goldendoodle (the last doodle left in Ariel's litter) a part of your family and thanks for joining our Goldendoodle World.  We hope you'll send us photos as she matures.  Thank you for taking the time to drive out and picking her up.  On June 6, 2008 at the time of her spaying, she weighed just 33.3 pounds and since she only has three more months of growing, she will more than likely not go over 45 pounds.  She'll make a great traveling companion for the both of you.

June 2008:

Hi Dee!

I just saw your new litter on your website!  Oh my gosh, you have no idea how much we are restraining ourselves right now from buying another pup.  They are just completely adorable!

I wanted to send you some recent photos of Marley since it's been a while.  I just want you to know how much we love him.  Marley is every single thing we were looking for in our new family member and so much more.  He is the sweetest, most loving, gentle dog I've ever known.  We can't imagine life without him now.  He is about 46-48 pounds right now.  As you know he will turn 1 next July.  We have been clipping him down for the summer to keep him cool.  He has also learned how to swim recently, so his new favorite thing to do is swim after his tennis ball in our pond.  He is such a dream.

Hope you enjoy the pictures.  He is wet in some of the pictures, so I will take some more tonight after he is dry so you can see more of how he looks now.

Talk to you soon!

Lori
Dear Lori,  Thank you for making me laugh this morning!  The photos you sent were adorable!  I placed them on Marley's page.  We still have Marley's brother left who is waiting for a terrific home...so please send your friends or family our way!  Our Goldendoodles are some of the best in the United States!  Have a great summer!

Hey Ms. Dee,

My mom thought you would like these pictures of me.  I have been cute, sweet, and lovable just like you promised her.

I love my new sister.  We loved each other at first sight.

Thank you, Ms. Dee, for picking such a special family for me.  I know they love me as much as I love them.  I love to swim, go boating and mostly spending time with my wonderful family who loves me so much.

Love,
Annabelle Rose Duncan

Dear Annabelle and family,

Thank you so much for calling me yesterday to tell me how much you are enjoying each other!  I also love all the photos you sent!  I made a personal page for you and HERE'S THE LINK.  You've turned out to be a wonderful doodle girl!   We still have your two brothers (Gidget's litter)  here waiting for a great home, so make sure to please send your family and friends our way so they can also find a loving, terrific home like you have.

Hi Dee,

How are you. Here everything is ok.

Bink his hair is growing and growing. Finally you could not see his eyes anymore. So we cut his hair around his eyes a little bit. The long hair looks very nice and we brush it regularly. He really likes to be brushed.

The last couple of weeks Bink has a serious diarrhoea problem. He threw up a few times and his stools were  soft and had  a strange yellow colour. We went to the vet a few times and he is on a special  diet for now.  They do some research now to find out what is the exact problem to giving him the right medicines. The last days it looks a bit better and it looks it is no trouble to him. He is still full of live and he has a good appetite.
As promised, attached you find some new pictures of Bink.

Kind regards,

Edwin and Monique
Dear Edwin and Monique,
Thank you so much for sending me those lovely photos!  I've placed them on his personal page which you can CLICK HERE to visit.   Have your vet do a fecal direct to check for giardia or coccidia.  I saw through the photos that Bink has done alot of swimming at the lake and alot of times if a canine ingests lake water they can get coccidia or giardia.  A fecal direct will show whether or not its positive of negative and if he has coccidia,  Albon will be prescribed for him by your vet and if its giardia,  your vet will prescribe Panacur.  Either medications are given for about 10 days.  While our Goldendoodles absolutely love the water.....these invisible and annoying pesky parasites can cause havoc to a canine's digestive tract.  Keep us posted.  Again, it is always nice hearing from you and it looks like Bink has settled in nicely with your family in Holland.

Have a great summer!

Hi Dee,

I am sorry I haven't kept in touch. Here is an update on Jasper. He just had his 2nd birthday and he is such a great dog. He weighs 66 pounds and was about 60 at a year old. I had a trainer come to the house to help us train him. He was fairly easy to train. Granted he definitely had a chewing streak but that has resolved.

My neighbors bring their dogs over to play and all of the kids in the neighborhood love him. He is so great with children and has the best disposition. Here is a picture of Jasper!

Thanks
Amy
Dear Amy,
Thank you for sending us an update on Jasper!  Happy belated birthday, Jasper!!!  I'm glad that you incorporated obedience training.....especially in-home training.  Personalized training is the best kind since it is specifically geared for the individual dog and family.
I'm also glad to hear that Jasper is continuing to do well and that's he's been a great asset to your family.    Have a wonderful  summer!

I Just wanted to drop you a line to let you know our Goldendoodle we purchased from you a few days ago is doing great!  We named our doodle  "Teddy'.

He became a part of the family the minute we stepped into your front yard. We are having so much fun with him. He brings such joy to all of us.  Teddy has a great personality, disposition and manners.

He is such a warm, smart, loving, gentle and fuzzy guy and goes with us wherever we go.  Thank you so much

Dear Dee,

I am very happy to hear that you are slowing down so you can focus on your health.   I can only imagine how much work it is not to mention the personal attention all of your dogs  need.  I really don't know how you do it. God Bless you for being the kind of person who has sacrificed your own life to raise these dogs the right way.  I've never known any person in my life who treats these animals with the loving care that you do.   Your job is completely thankless, but I hope you know that it does not go unrecognized by myself and my husband.  You are a blessing to those animals.

BEST of luck to you and your husband.  Go enjoy yourselves.  You deserve it after all the love and care you have given to others.

I hope you keep in touch and let me know how you are doing.  I'll keep you and your husband and all the dogs in my prayers.

Lori
Marley and her very wet doodle from our Goldendoodle World.
Dear Lori
I know that those who join us and become a part of our doodle family DO appreciate all of the hard work that both my husband and I have done over all of these years so we thank you very much for the kind words! Your right about our job being "thankless" by many people who seek a dog for their family.  Unfortunately, being a breeder is not a glamorous job and people are not knocking on doors wanting to work this kind of job...many who seek a family pet don't realize that it actually IS a REAL job with NO BENEFITS AND NO PAY, at least not for me anyway.  Some breeders live off of their dogs but we simply do not.  We never have.  I've never received a paycheck since I began, in 1996.  I do what I do because I enjoy working with my dogs and sharing them with others. Many people, over the years,  have come to love my dogs just as much as I do and I'm glad that my work has helped make a difference in  the lives of many over the years.  Thanks for keeping in touch and when your ready for another doodle,  keep us in mind.

Jack, Murphy and fiance.....a happy doodle couple!

HI DEE!

MURPHY UPDATE:

Murphy went on his first vacation with us!  We took him to his homeland, NC!   We spent a week in the outer banks where Murphy proved to be a great beach dog.  He got a lot of attention down there.   On more then one occasion,  people actually stopped us and had their pictures taken with Murphy.  We even got a discount at an automotive repair shop because they loved our doodle! He's a little scared of the waves but Murphy loves the water  and one of his favorite past times on the beach is to dig,  dig and dig.  The beaches there are great, they are dog friendly and we let him of the leash everyday so he can run and play.

Murphy completed the 1st phase of his  training.  He has two more  to go and he will be a therapy dog!  His second phase starts in August and we are very excited.  He is an intelligent dog!  Very passive and has a perfect temperament.  I couldn't be happier with Murphy and he is my first dog ever.  I take him to the field or dog park twice a day.   I think Murphy is the perfect mascot for your website!  I have directed at least ten people there and a few have specifically written down Murphy's parents name.   His coat  gets knotted now and then so we have to comb him everyday.   We are debating if we should shave him a little for the summer.  We really don't want to but it will help the knots and keep him a little cooler.

I have  attached  some pictures from our vacation in North Carolina. I hope you enjoy them!

Thank you for keeping in touch.
