A Great place to find information
or a  place to spread HATE?
ABOUT CYBER-BULLIES AND THE INTERNET
Welcome to our Doodle World!
Welcome to our Doodle World!
When we think of forums,  we think of a place to hopefully find useful information. We have come to rely on the Internet more and more as the world ages and turns toward the digital aspects of life.  More of our lives rely on the Internet world than we really know.  Forums, in the beginning, use to be a great place to make new friends....to meet people, share good information and to find useful, valuable information.  The unfortunate reality to many canine Forums...particularly Goldendoodle forums...is that they have turned into a tool of weaponry.....and has turned out to be the absolute WORST place a potential buyer could  go when seeking Goldendoodle information.
On the surface,  Goldendoodle forums seem to be an okay place to go to meet new doodle owners...to make doodle friends...to know about upcoming Doodle romps..to Share individual  Goldendoodle and Labrador photos; but when you dissect the reality of these  forums, what they turn out to be is a place where disgruntled cyber-bullies hang out, endlessly bashing breeders and people in general. These bullies  hype up the information to the point of hysteria and ridiculousness and believe me....the hype is all one sided;  intended to cause personal malice or injury to the person or business the postee  is  bullying.  Wreaking of self-rightous, spiteful, hateful incorrect information posted by the cyber-bullies, none of the information posted should be taken to heart or deemed as accurate information.
Take such  forums with a grain of salt.   Over the years,  we could not figure out why forum owners/operators would operate such a site.   It seemed to us that such forum owners/operators had something very genuine to gain by allowing this type of malice to occur and not only CONTINUE to allow it,  BUT TO ENCOURAGE IT!  Then suddenly the light of reality came on and we could clearly see the motive by these forum owner/operators.
One such Goldendoodle forum charges breeders for inclusion into their site/forum.  This fee puts money into the  pocket of the forum/site operator/owner.  It should not come to anyone's surprise....particularly the breeders who have been  unmercifully bashed   and targeted by these cyber-bullies.  The motive is easy to see inside of these forums and it  is to spread hostility as well as hatred and it's always about money.  (You can always tell its about money when other breeders or those  who work in the profession of the dog business are behind the nasty hostility.

When such a forum operator/owner receives monetary fees from their supposed "responsible breeders" that pay them for advertising upon their site,  such a forum operator/owner will go to the extreme of luring potential consumers towards the direction of the breeders who have paid him/her to advertise on their site/forum.  By allowing disgruntled doodle owners to name drop, bash and  target their doodle breeder in a callous and malicious manner....it makes the forum/site operator/owner laugh themselves all the way to the bank each and every time they have stolen the lured consumer from the breeder/s they feel are their competition.  It's amazing to believe these games are played....but played, they are.  The allowed bashing and malicious game of targeting breeders they have some kind of vendetta against deflects the truth about their own ugly inner selves.  Their motive is money and by luring a potential consumer toward the breeders who have paid that site owner/operator to advertise upon their site,  it keeps the breeders who have paid for such, advertising. Thus,
cashing in at another breeder's expense.  Professional jealousy wreaks from such forums and it is clear to see the extreme envy pouring from its contents.  Why this type of forum operator/site owner carries professional jealousy, spite and envy is beyond our understanding.  There is plenty of room in this entire world for others to live and relate professionally, peacefully, happily  and easily.  Life is too short to behave the way these forum operators/owners behave.  They can try and convince the gullible person and themselves that their reasons are to help others...but the reality is they are helping themselves to YOUR money and for their own self, personal gain.

Another method of cashing in at another breeder's expense is by the Goldendoodle breeder themselves having a website/forum where the same sort of bashing is not only continued....but they intentionally dwell up information of years past to enhance their own probability that the potential customer will buy from THEM.  Once again...money in their own pocket and increased Goldendoodle/Labrador sales.  They continue to conjure up malicious bantering, name dropping, callous targeting and they do all they can in their power to turn people away from their competition at every turn of a corner.   Many people do not even realize it when it is happening right under their nose.   I know there are alot of gullible people in this world...and too many fall for the ruse that Goldendoodle forums use.  When the forum operator/owner goes out of their way to ensure that only NEGATIVE information is shown inside of their forum regarding the breeders they are targeting in a malicious manner....it should be COMPLETELY OBVIOUS to anyone with common sense what the real motive is...especially when you see this happening inside of forums where the owner/operator is collecting money either by the sale of their own Goldendoodles/Labradoodles or from Goldendoodle and Labrador breeders.

Anyone with a real canine issue will take the matter up with the breeder personally and not inside of a forum where forum  groupies can behave like a bunch of malicious tree-hangers ready to rope the breeder over a branch and gather together like banshee Cyber-bullies.  My personal opinion is that when a person goes into such forums and uses the forum as a method of venting their anger.....spewing remarks that are really intended to make the postee look "wronged" and using the forum as a tool for revenge or as a way of "lashing out" at their target...that person really has inward issues that should be dealt with on a personal level within themselves.  A normal person just doesn't act that way.  IT's very childish and shows their true personality.   It is even worse,  when you have a forum owner/operator who allows this or encourages this.  Normal forum operators/owners DO NOT PERMIT this kind of behavior inside of their forums because they know that forums are not tools for venting personal, aggressive, spiteful feelings.  Not only do they NOT  allow it,  normal forums are just rooms to discuss various subjects and they DON"T make a profit through the discussions.   Normal people  with common sense can see how such a  Forum is really just a money making device  that can be a very lucrative deal for the owner/operator of the sites they have.  Beware of forum operator/owners who claim they are an authority on Goldendoodles  when in fact they are NOT even a breeder themselves,  but are profiting through breeders who PAY THEM for inclusion upon their website.   If you see a forum operator/owner charging breeders for inclusion into their site and you constantly see the same names of breeders being repeated over and over again at how "wonderful and superb" they are in every way and yet see the same names being dropped over and over again in  a negative way.....how many brain cells does it take to see that there is absolutely NO WAY any  breeder could ONLY HAVE EITHER POSITIVE OR JUST NEGATIVE reviews inside of a forum!!!  Some forum owner/operators who are also in violation of the FTC act by targeting their fellow competitors,  are breeders themselves MAKING A PROFIT by using the same malicious tactics by luring potential consumers into their own direction!!!!!

Personally,  we had alot of our happy Goldendoodle customers rally to our support when they saw this happening inside of these forums and saw how we were being targeted in a malicious manner by these money making forum operator/owners and they even told us themselves that they went into these  forums to post  POSITIVE REVIEWS on our behalf.  We DID NOT encourage them to do so and we were appreciative that they felt compelled to do this.

We have made it clear that we do not encourage anyone to post either way inside of such forums and we do NOT participate in the wars such forum owner/operators have enjoyed creating  over the years.  We know it is very UNPROFESSIONAL JEALOUSY at its worst and although in the beginning, I do admit that I could not...for the life of me...understand the hostility or the motive behind the hostility and NOW THAT THE TRUTH has reared its ugly head....WE CAN SEE THROUGH THE SMOKE SCREEN AND SEE THE MOTIVE and we hope, now that we have brought this subject to light,   others can too!  This subject was one we DID NOT want to discuss and we had hoped, over time....an eventual truce would come about after sending letters telling the owners/operators to please remove our name and such postings from their forums....but instead,  they maliciously and callously laughed to our face through their forum and showed their inner personality and their true colors as to what kind of person they were.  We were contacted by some other breeders who asked us if we wanted to join a lawsuit towards these forum owner/operators  but we declined after discussing it with our own attorney.  WHAT WOULD BE THE POINT? So, they get shut down....they would be free to create yet another forum and on and on and when would it end?  I don't have the money to waste on such evil people nor do I have the energy or the time.  Instead....we decided to just write about the subject and bring it  out for the general public to read and they can do with it what they want.  We know who we are...we know how hard we work . People call us for information about doodles they bought from someone else because their own breeders won't give them the time of day and they know that we will.   People come to us for Goldendoodle information because they know that we have been around the longest and have information they seek.   The fact that there are many jealous and envious doodle breeders out there does not surprise me in any way.

One must consider the source when stumbling across hate filled forums who target their competitors  as a way to make a profit.   We  know such  forum owner/operators   profit  by targeting their competitors in a malicious manner.  We also know they are in violation of making money this way.   We know they are using  unfair business practices by condoning the deliberate bashing and targeting.    We know for a fact such forums are  profiting  by using malicious propaganda  that targets specific breeders and they deliberately and intentionally delete positive reviews regarding those they intentionally target.     The forum site owners/operators do this so that they can then reap the monetary rewards from potential consumers who fall for this ruse...fall for the elusion and then purchase from either the forum site owner who is a breeder themselves  or  from the breeders whom pay the forum site owner/operator for inclusion upon their site/forum.   Because we KNOW THIS TO BE A FACT, we are writing about it and letting others know so that they can be aware of it and  see the forums for what they really are instead of seeing the forums as a place where they can obtain factual information about a Goldendoodle.  These types of forums are so far from the truth, it's scary!

Their reality is what they, themselves make of it and their reality is motivated and fueled with the intention of making a profit and a doodle sale.   Forums like this are  so insane that it just boggles our minds that people actually join them!
Well...now...there is no accounting for taste!   Cyber-bullies need a room or group to belong to and they have found a fan base  in such Goldendoodle forums.   Of course, there are other hate filled types of forums...but you don't see them making a profit by bullying others...they just do it for spite and because they are just inwardly consumed and driven by hate.
Goldendoodle breeders who own their own forum, who go to great lengths at luring potential consumers in their direction and away from their competition are just inwardly jealous and spiteful people looking for a way to increase their pockets with YOUR money.  LEARN FROM THIS.   They, too,  are in violation of the FTC act because of their unfair business practices and are profiting by this practice.  They profit by using their forum as a tool for selling their doodles from unsuspecting consumers who can't see their forum for what it truly it.    We have nothing to gain by putting this truthful information out there.   We just want you to be aware that it has gone on for years and as it appears...there is no end in sight!  We DO NOT create Goldendoodles to cause injury to our consumers and we definitely have NOTHING TO GAIN by creating Goldendoodles that would not be anything other than joyous to their owners/families.   The general public should accept the fact that a breeder does the best they can and unfortunately things can and sometimes DO occur that is beyond anyone's control.  It's called LIFE.  A breeder IS NOT responsible for everything that may occur with a dog owner,  their family or the dogs they create.  Many people like to put blame on a breeder...regardless of the issue...when in fact,  it is wrong to do so.  Many people want to place the burden upon breeders for every aspect of their dog's life  when they should not.  But it does go with the territory as it has been for eons of years and will continue to be for eternity.  Humans are humans.  It is easier to blame others when things go wrong,  than to accept the fact that things can go wrong and may be no one's fault.

If you are a breeder and have been targeted by such forums mentioned above, this page may be very beneficial to know that you do NOT have to sit back and become their punching bag!
Forum owner/operators  may be in possible violation of the Unfair trade act if they are using their forum as a method of malice and recklessness.   Forum operators/owners  have the responsibility  of moderating their forums.  Those who use their forums for targeting breeders or individuals in a malicious manner can be sued for malice and defamation of character.  Those who use a business owners' personal and business name as a means of causing malicious and unfair harm can  be held accountable for their reckless actions. See more info below:

Enforcement

The Commission may bring enforcement actions and impose civil penalties for violations of the Rule in the same manner as for other Rules under the FTC Act.  The Commission also retains authority under Section 5 of the FTC Act to examine information practices for deception and unfairness, including those in use before the Rule's effective date. In interpreting Section 5 of the FTC Act, the Commission has determined that a representation, omission or practice is deceptive if it is likely to:

mislead consumers; and

affect consumers' behavior or decisions about the product or service.

Specifically, it is a deceptive practice under Section 5 to represent that a Web site is collecting personal identifying information from others  for one reason  (say, to earn a profit or income)  when the information will be used for another reason ...ie...causing injury and unfairness to a competitor's business and when the Web site does not disclose the other reason clearly or prominently.

In addition, an act or practice is unfair if the injury it causes, or is likely to cause, is:

substantial;

not outweighed by other benefits; and

not reasonably avoidable

Such forum owner/Operators  who allow malicious postings as a way  of targeting breeders who are their competitors  and whose postings are  causing injury to the targeted breeder's  business are  using unfair business practices  and are NOT  acting in good faith toward the general public. Instead, they  are operating their forum/s as a method of  misleading the general public through their unfair business practices. They are  making a profit and income by misleading the general pubic through their  unfair business practices.  Such forum operators/owners use malicious threads of information to include those that are hidden from the eye of the general public as a way to distribute through email and other methods  to the general public. These methods are used as a way to  affect  the consumer's purchasing behavior and decisions about a product or service.   Such methods can be considered to be an unfair business practice by the FTC act and such forums may be in direct violation of the FTC act by using the methods mentioned above.   It may be possible for targeted breeders,  who can show injury to their business by such forums who operate in this manner, to have such forums shut down or have their personal name/s removed from these forums.   Please know that legal representation may be costly and many will want a hefty retainer fee.

We HIGHLY DISCOURAGE consumers from relying  on information from forums  when seeking to make a purchase or seeking information  regarding a Goldendoodle.  It's important  to know that reckless  forums  use a misleading practice and are  acting in  a  harmful, malicious manner as a way to increase their own income, sales  and profitability by exploiting other breeders in a malicious manner.   Let's not forget,  such forums are just a  way to spread hostility and hatred  instead of providing  honest,  useful and accurate Goldendoodle  information in a professional manner.  There are many forums over the Internet and while we have found some good ones where the information posted is general canine information that is useful to a canine seeker or owner....too many are filled with canine activists and others like them who only desire to spread malicious, angry and hostile views that are one sided,  of no real use to anyone but themselves and others like them. When forums operate in this manner,  their information is very unreliable because they serve only to boost their own ego and income by targeting breeders they, for whatever reason, dislike.   Such forums allow  very offensive, one sided, very  narrow minded views and postings and they are definitely NOT out to help anyone but themselves.    We hope this page generates  awareness to  those who have been targeted by the cyber-bullies of the Internet or who have come across them and can't figure out why people do this.    Just as children must put up with being bullied by kids in school or where they live and play....bullies of all ages feel they are of more importance than others and are BETTER than those they bully.....those kids who post nasty information inside of forums  are now grown-ups who are using the Internet to continue the bullying.   The term is CYBER-BULLY  (see special notations down below regarding cyber-bullying)  and it happens to many people regardless of who they are and what it is they do.  When such people spew hatred towards others inside of forums...there is always a motive and it isn't "for the benefit of canine" as many like to claim.  It is to benefit themselves.  It's a way to boost their own inner ego.   What is unfair competition?   Unfair competition" covers a wide range of kinds of unjust business behavior---so many kinds, in fact, that it is impossible to give one simple general definition. In essence, unfair competition means trademark infringement or false advertising to confuse the public. In most states, only commercial competitors can be engaged in "unfair competition.  When a business operates a forum and uses that forum as a method of exploiting another business in a malicious manner,  this is considered to be "unfair competition" and such forums can be held legally liable for damages caused by the targeted business.   What is  Section 43(a) of the Lanham Act?   The Lanham Act is the basic federal trademark and unfair competition law. Section 43(a) (15 U.S.C. 1125(a)) is intended to protect consumers and competitors against false advertising and false designations of origin.   The law allows for suit against someone who makes false claims about its own or a competitor's products.

"§ 1125. False designations of origin, false descriptions, and dilution forbidden
(a) Civil action

(1) Any person who, on or in connection with any goods or services, or any container for goods, uses in commerce any word, term, name, symbol, or device, or any combination thereof, or any false designation of origin, false or misleading description of fact, or false or misleading representation of fact, which--

(A) is likely to cause confusion, or to cause mistake, or to deceive as to the affiliation, connection, or association of such person with another person, or as to the origin, sponsorship, or approval of his or her goods, services, or commercial activities by another person, or

(B) in commercial advertising or promotion, misrepresents the nature, characteristics, qualities, or geographic origin of his or her or another person's goods, services, or commercial activities, shall be liable in a civil action by any person who believes that he or she is or is likely to be damaged by such act. ABOUT CYBER BULLIES
Thirty-four per cent of students in Grades 7 to 11 report that they had been bullied within the current school year. Among those, 27 per cent say they had been bullied over the Internet.

(Source: Young Canadians in a Wired World, Media Awareness Network, 2005)

Today’s  Internet users have created an interactive world where they can literally find thousands of places to post information.  Because bullies tend to harass their victims away from the watchful eyes of others,  the Internet is the perfect tool for reaching others anonymously – anytime, anyplace.  The anonymity of online communications means people  feel freer to do things online they would never do in the real world.  Even if they can be identified online,   people who target others in a bullying manner  can accuse someone else of using their screen name or they can post without even using their name, location and so forth.  They don’t have to own up to  their actions, and if a person can’t be identified with an action, fear of punishment is diminished.
Nancy Willard of the Responsible Netizen Institute explains that technology can also affect a  person’s ethical behavior because it doesn't  provide tangible feedback about the consequences of actions on others. This lack of feedback minimizes feelings of empathy or remorse.  People who post or write nasty, hostile information or emails about and to those they do not personally know,  say things online that they would never say face-to-face to the person they are targeting  because they feel removed from the action and the person at the receiving end.  There are several ways that  people bully others online. They send e-mails or instant messages containing insults or threats directly to a person. They may also spread hateful comments about a person through e-mail, instant messaging or postings on Web sites and online diaries.  Such people  can steal passwords and send out threatening e-mails or instant messages using an assumed identity.  Technically savvy people  may even  build whole Web sites, often with password protection or a way to block certain IP addresses (such as those they are targeting or those who find such information and come to the defense of the one being targeted),   to target specific persons.   Often,  hostile savvy people who own forums even find a way to hide information inside of HIDDEN archives to send others to regarding the targeted person.

Cyber bullying and the law

People should be aware that some forms of online bullying are considered criminal acts. Under the Criminal Code of Canada,  it is a crime to communicate repeatedly with someone if your communication causes them to fear for their own safety or the safety of others.

It's also a crime to publish a “defamatory libel” – writing something that is designed to insult a person or likely to injure a person's reputation by exposing him or her to hatred,  contempt or ridicule.

A cyber bully may also be violating the Canadian Human Rights Act,  if he or she spreads hate or discrimination based on race, national or ethnic origin, color, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, family status or disability.

The role of Internet service providers (ISPs) and cell phone service providers

Internet service providers (ISPs) are the companies that provide Internet access to consumers. Most ISPs have Acceptable Use Policies (AUPs) that clearly define privileges and guidelines for those using their services, and the actions that can be taken if those guidelines are violated.

ISPs and cell phone service providers can respond to reports of cyber bullying over their networks, or help clients track down the appropriate service provider to respond to.

Taking action on cyber bullying

Cyber bullying is everyone’s business and the best response is a pro-active or preventative one.

Take action if you are being  bullied online

Watch  for signs that you are  being bullied online – hostile personal  email;  postings that clearly have your name included in them that are malicious in manner and clearly set out to target you as an individual.

If the bully is within your local area,   meet with your local officials and ask for help in resolving the situation.

Report any incident of online harassment and physical threats to your local police and your Internet Service Provider (ISP). If necessary and you have the financial means....Seek the help of an attorney who is familiar with Internet law.

If you are  bullied through a mobile phone or home phone,  report the problem to your phone service provider.  If it’s a persistent problem you can change the phone number.  Also notify your local authorities.  It is against the law in the State of North Carolina to harass someone by phone.  A very helpful tool is a tape recorder that records every incoming phone call as well as messages and conversations.  Most bullies who target others via telephone block their phone number,  but you can record the call all the same and notify the police.

The Internet has unleashed its dark side, an underground, adolescent world of spite and vengeance. It is the bathroom wall moved into everybody's home.   The practice even has a name: cyber-bullying.

In this new world, a  shove or punch  might even be refreshing if you were a physical person.   Instead,  people post anonymous insults and harassing messages,  then hit "send" to broadcast malice worldwide.  The trend is driven by new technologies flying into the hands of careless, thoughtless and hurtful people.   They socialize in cyberspace without rules or supervision and without fear of being visited by the person they have targeted.   In this world,  meanness is easy.
It's so much easier to hurt someone anonymously online.   The stakes and terms of bullying have changed.   Conflict escalates quickly online, where facial expression and voice intonation are replaced by "jk," for just kidding, or "lol," for laughing out loud. Matters are complicated when two "bff's," or best friends forever in cyber-slang, share one another's passwords, as girls often do. When the falling-out comes, they can wreak havoc by sending damaging messages everywhere - with their new enemy's name attached.   One thing is for sure.   There seems to be a trend in cyber-bullying.   Forums, even where dogs are concerned, are filled with similar bullies who gang together and "virtually jump on" their targeted "mark".    The best way is to avoid them altogether.
Forums where hatred and malicious bullying goes on are owned and operated by similar bullies and they help fuel the flames by encouraging these actions.  Responsible forum operators moderate their forums to prevent these abusive tactics all together.
Those being targeted,  should learn whether their Internet provider can track - and shut down - online bullies.
As a  victim of bullying,   we have  learned  well  the tricks of the trade:  Those who own/operate and post in forums where bullying is permitted do so by spreading gossip and forming alliances with each other  to isolate an enemy.   While many  interactions inside of forums  are positive,   increasingly people are using forum sites as  communication tools to antagonize and intimidate others.

What is harassment?

Harassment (or bullying) is when hurtful or upsetting things are repeatedly said or done to people.

Harassment is also called bullying, teasing or peer abuse.
Harassment can involve physical violence, such as hitting, kicking, punching or pushing.
It can be in the form of verbal abuse, including teasing and name-calling.
Harassment can also include damaging, stealing or hiding a victim's things, or making demands for money or favors.
Another form of bullying is to exclude victims by encouraging others not to have anything to do with them, spreading lies or stories about them, ignoring them or not speaking to them.

Cyber-harassment

One type of harassment has come about with new technology - 'cyber-harassment' or 'cyber-bullying'.

This takes the form of harassing SMS messages on mobile phones, and abusive emails.
It can sometimes be done anonymously - so you don’t know who sent the offending message(s).
A type of electronic stalking can also occur, where the harasser sends messages over and over.  This type of harassment is particularly scary, as it follows the person everywhere, on their phone or computer at home.
The best way to avoid cyber-harassment is to be careful to whom you give your personal information. If it is occurring, you may need to change your phone number and email address. If it continues, you should contact the police or your telephone provider to work out ways of protecting yourself.

Cyber bullying has been around for years and is no different than bullying someone in person via email,  verbally, physically, etc;    New techniques of bullying occur every year.   Some people (and Goldendoodle breeders are no exception when they fear other breeders are their competition) use retarded methods to cyber bully.  One of those methods is to post derogatory information inside of forums and then use an anonymous author name or fake author name and then link that fake name to the targeted victim's website.  We've seen it time and time again.  There are some Goldendoodle forums over the Internet  that we know for a fact that this occurs and we know for a fact that we have been maliciously targeted for years by the owners of such forum and their groupies.    The Goldendoodle forum owners/operators are behind all of such postings.  While Goldendoodle forums may seem innocent enough,  they aren't.   We can't stress enough about how retarded and childish people can be inside of dog forums.   The more popular a canine seems to be,  the more some breeders feel threatened by their competition.   We are very aware of all the cyber bulling that goes on within such forums and we are aware of all the techniques used.    We are also aware of all the hateful people who go into such forums or who even own them,  who are behind each and every derogatory posting using fake names or anonymous names and then using our website URL's to link such postings to.   One thing you can be sure of is the fact that we DO NOT go into dog forums to post derogatory information about other breeders.  We don't even pay attention to what any other breeders may or may not be doing with regards to dogs of any kind.   Whatever it is they are doing is none of our business and we have better things to do with our time than to spend it checking up on the latest scandal going on with forum owners, operators and other dog breeders.   What we will tell you is that we have been an established breeder since 1996 with Golden Retrievers and other canine and Goldendoodles since 1999.  We work our tails off with our dogs and most days consist of 16  hour days or longer.  Most of the time I have just woken up to immediately go and work with my dogs and haven't even had breakfast, lunch or dinner until well past 6PM after I have already put in 12 hours.   There has been many occasions when I put in 12 hours ....go have dinner and then come back and put in another 4 hours or more  of work.   Anyone who thinks that a breeder just sits back collecting money is in for a rude awakening if they dare venture to get into the dog business.   Puppies are the hardest critters to deal with.   It seems like they never stop "pooping".   There has been times when I can literally spend one hour doing nothing but changing paper after paper after paper because as soon as clean fresh newspaper is laid out.....a puppy has walked right over and pooped on it.  Which means having to pick it up and put another fresh batch of newspapers down.  Then another one will go and poop on it....and so the sage continues.  Puppies are more demanding than a human infant.   Puppies always want attention and they always believe they are hungry and thirsty and have to pee and poop.  Taking care of my two sons when they were babies was not even as much of a challenge as taking care of a litter of pups.   It is unfortunate when people go into forums and post derogatory information about breeders or people that they don't even know on a personal level and the postings are for sheer spite and for no other reason.   But I believe we have gotten our point across on this page with regards to cyber bullying over the Internet.   It doesn't matter who the person is...........whether relative, brother, sister, mother, father, friend or non-friend or foe......anyone who uses a forum to bash other people are doing so for their own sick enjoyment.  Whatever their reasoning,  it is beyond our area of expertise and we don't even try to figure out their reasons.  For the most part,  we just ignore the postings and all the goings on of such sick people who monger inside of these forums and  We just consider the source from where the postings  came.

ALL SUCH POSTINGS ARE RETARDED and we consider them to be coming from those who are jealous, spiteful, hateful, out for revenge and we know for a fact it is the owners and operators of such forums who are behind all of the postings.   The majority of the time,  they are the ones who post the information themselves using fake and anonymous names.   Its easy to trace who writes what or who creates such information,  if the  forum owners look up  the IP addresses of where  these postings came from.  They don't show them on the postings because the forum owners know such information will show who really wrote the nonsense!   As a matter of fact,  it has even come to our attention that some people (and they know who they are) has been going around building FAKE AND BOGUS site pages on various FREE websites,  stealing our photos and pretending to be US and writing malicious, slanderous material just to cause harm to our business and to us, on a personal level.  Such sites are shut down and removed as we find them or are notified of them,  but they are created all the same.  We are here to tell you that both my husband and I have been married, as of 2006 for 12 years and we have a very strong and healthy marriage and relationship.  We work extremely hard together and everything we do is "together as a team".  We have NEVER built any website pages other than THIS ONE.  We don't have any personal pages on any sexually explicit sites or any adult sites.  The website that you see HERE is "family friendly".   We appreciate all of our customers as well as our potential customers and at NO TIME have we ever expressed any opinions that is degrading to ourselves or our business.  If anyone happens upon a site with such material,  we welcome them to immediately contact us so that the site can be removed and the perpetrator caught through verifying their IP address.   It's quite unfortunate that this nonsense goes on....but it's what people do to others when they have low self esteem and feel that this behavior makes them "feel better" about themselves.

We have even stopped advertising on many dog websites because of the fact some sites DO NOT regulate what a breeder  writes inside of their dog ads and they give breeders very little control over their ads that they pay extremely well for.   Many sites who  DO NOT properly moderate the ads placed by breeders fail to stop  breeders from bashing their fellow breeders through their ads....ie...using their dog ads to direct them to their forums where they bash other breeders or allow such bashing to go on.  In 2006 and 2007,  we terminated our business with multiple  dog advertising sites because we found that their websites were NOT properly moderated and they allowed breeder bashing to go on.  We have no intention of paying a site owner who allows this to go on.   Advertising sites demand alot of money from those who place ads.   We have NEVER been kicked out of any dog advertising site,  but we have ourselves,  ave  terminated our business with many, many sites.    We have NOT advertised with some dog sites  because once they found out the Goldendoodle and the Labradoodle was a popular dog,  they increased their advertising fees when they felt the hybrid dog was becoming extremely popular.  They were raking in hefty fees from breeders and we felt they were taking advantage of breeders by doing this.   The ones making the real money are the owners of DOG ADVERTISING SITES,  VETS,  STORES WHO SELL CANINE MERCHANDISE,   NEWSPAPERS WHO HAVE CLASSIFIED SECTIONS and any business that is dog related who do not actually own dogs but sell dog items.   Breeders only watch their poor American dollars grow wings and fly "BYE BYE".
I can personally tell anyone truthfully that I've spent more money than I've ever made with regards to dogs!   Anyone who believes that a breeder lives off of their dogs needs a reality check!   Anyone who believes they CAN live off of their dogs needs a reality check.   Their wake up call will come once they get into the dog breeding business and they see for themselves that what we say is true.   A breeder will spend more of their own money than any they ever take in;  They will NOT be fully compensated for all their dedicated hours and they WILL NOT EVER be fully reimbursed for the many hours of hard labor put forth.   The reality of the dog world is it is a dog eat dog world and there are more people trying to bite the breeder's tail than to appreciate it.

Update as of Feb. 2011:

Social networking has become quite popular over the last couple of years.  The cyberbullying, stalking and harassment took an even greater turn when facebook, twitter and other social networking sites became popular.  Unfortunately our business has been targeted by one specific person and their family members and friends since August of 2006, relentlessly.  We have filed police reports to no avail.  The individual has copied our personal images and posted our personal images to include copying our dog images,  then claiming our images belong to them when they do not.  They have copied our articles, blogs and written content...then filed "harassment" claims to disrupt our accounts on the internet.  The amount of harassment and abuse we have endured since 2006 has been quite substantial.  Unfortunately we have not had the finances to sue the person to put an end to it.  We apologize to those who have had to endure this harassment along with us.
