On Nov. 6, 2010  our Goldendoodle litter for January 2011 was born.  We had been asked in 2010 for puppies in 2011,  so we had to plan ahead.  Please continue to scroll down and you will see a video of the puppies that are available.

HISTORY: If you don't know about our Golden Retrievers already,  I'll give you a little bit of a background on Gidget.  You may also visit our Golden Retriever page to further read about them.

Gidge {the mom}  was born on 3-19-05  to Lake Ridge Autumn's Pride and Lake Ridge Trixie's Delight.

While Autumn was not born here,  he is a very distant relative to Gruffy (Max Winton's father....photo left).  For those who don't know our Golden Retriever history,  Gruffy was our first original Golden Retriever in 1996.
Autumn is very old but as of this date,  Apr. 2, 2011,  he is still with us.  In his younger days, he has sired some of the best Golden Retrievers and Goldendoodles  for us.  Both he and Gruffy, along with our great dams, are  the backbone and  the strength to our Goldendoodles' long history of superb intelligence,  as well as easy going temperament.  Since 1996, we've had great success with our Golden Retrievers and quality over all health, temperament and longevity.   Trixie's mother was "Lake Ridge Angel of Mercy", whose mother was "Lake Ridge Twist O'Cinnamon",   whose mother was "Jackson's Ginger".   While Trixie is still with us,  Angel, Cinnamon and Ginger have all crossed the rainbow bridge.    Gidget, Trixie, Angel and Cinnamon were all born right here.  Ginger was our founding dam back in 1996 for our Golden Retrievers.  She, along with her daughters and their daughters remain the backbone to the Goldendoodles we produce and presently own.  All of our Golden Retrievers are AKC/UKCI registered.  Our Goldendoodles are UKCI registered with superb pedigrees that date back to the early 1930s.

ABOUT THE SIRE:  Coda Bel Tor.  He is a cream, shaggy coat Goldendoodle.  Born here.

History:  Coda was born 11-25-06

Coda's parents are J.B. Jouet (Pronounced Jo-AA) (Poodle) and  Mike's Lil Nugget
(nickname Nugget) (Golden Retriever).  By the way, both of Coda's parents were born on our premises as well.

Lake Ridge Mike's Lil Nugget's parents are Lake Ridge Autumn's Pride and Lake Ridge Twist O' Cinnamon.   Lake Ridge Twist O' Cinnamon's parents were  Jackson's Ginger and Gruffy.   Coda's grandfather is Lake Ridge Autumn's Pride,  who happens to be Gidget's father.  There is enough variance of ancestors within the DNA throughout the lineage to not cause any genetic issues that we know of.  Every dog listed here  is and was extremely healthy and we have  never had any issues with hip dysplasia or other genetic health issues with our Golden Retrievers or Poodles.    Lake Ridge Autumn's Pride  (1999) as well as Gruffy and Jackson's Ginger (1996)  started it all for us as Golden Retriever breeders.   They were the backbone  and the strength of  our Goldendoodles.

Our Golden Retrievers lineage comes out of Pekay Kennels that was founded by two women in the early 1960s.  From what I was told  years ago,  they moved their kennel to Atlanta, Georgia.  I do not know if the kennel is still around.  I do know when I was researching the Pekay lineage,  that for some reason,  the lineage seemed  to stop in the 70s.  I was told that sometimes show breeders make buyers sign contracts that unless the dogs are  placed in events,  they can't be bred so perhaps that is why the pedigree suddenly ended.  I really don't know what happened.  However,  I did find quite a few OFA champion utility dogs; companion dogs as well as master hunters down through the pedigree.  Our Golden Retrievers have turned out to be some of the smartest, long lived, most intelligent and healthiest  dogs we've ever owned and of course the kindest as well.

Our Poodles lineage has over 400 ofa champion pedigreed ancestors  that comes out of Bel Tor, Wycliffe, Dassin and Eaton lines.  Their lineage has Master Hunters, companion dogs, show dogs as well as many utility dogs that come out of Sweden, Germany, Canada and France.  I spent 2 years researching the lineage of my Golden Retrievers and Poodles.   I then submitted copies of the pedigrees  to our affiliated kennel club.   Our  Goldendoodles'  pedigrees are available to  our customers for  purchase,  if they desire to know about their impressive lineage.  Of course the general public is welcome to purchase copies to.

Dam Gidget is the mother to Goldendoodle puppies born Nov. 6, 2010 to Goldendoodle World
Sire, Coda Bel Tor in the image to the left.  Dam, Gidget, with pups, up above.  As of January 5, 2011,  we know that we have at least 3 smooth coats in this particular litter.  1 of the smooth coats is a female and 2 are male.  All three are apricot in color.

Goldendoodle Puppies born to Goldendoodle World on Nov. 6, 2010. Will be ready January 2011.
This litter of Goldendoodles is a Goldendoodle to Golden Retriever litter.  This is a FIRST GENERATION Goldendoodle litter.  Please do NOT confuse the generation simply because one of the parents is a Goldendoodle.  There is quite a bit of  erroneous information over the internet regarding Goldendoodles which causes  alot of  confusion.  When a canine genetic laboratory is finally able to conduct genetic DNA testing with 99.999 accuracy,  we will gladly have this type of testing conducted on each individual puppy born to us.  We'll then gladly post the results  of each  individual puppy to show their DNA profiled information.  FIRST GENERATION does NOT mean the type of dog bred to each other. FIRST GENERATION implies "PARENT TO CHILD".   If neither parent dog are directly related,   their offspring are FIRST GENERATION.   Some definitions available on the internet for the term,  "First generation"  state that the word  implies "new life".    Some define the word as meaning   "First in the family".   There is no clear definition for the meaning "First generation".
Six males and two females born to Goldendoodle World. Goldendoodle puppies.
If you ask some Goldendoodle breeders,  what their definition of "First generation"  is,  you will get a variety of answers.  Many of these breeders  piggy back off of each other with inaccurate information regarding the Goldendoodle dog  and you will even notice they have TEXT BOXES showing F1, F2, F1B, etc; trying to convince you of their definition.  The information we have on our website has come from our own experience and knowledge based on "doing" and "learning"  as we went from the time we began our Goldendoodle breeding program in 1999 to the present date.  When you come across information posted on a breeder's website that the breeder can not back up with accurate data....especially scientific data  (if they are posting percentages of Poodle and Golden Retriever or shedding and hypoallergenic data),  I can assure you that the information is nothing more than conjured jibber jabber that was created by someone who thought it sounded good and knew the inexperienced general public would buy into it.    Some breeders even post WHAT PERCENTAGE of Golden Retriever and Poodle is within their Goldendoodles DNA structure even though there is no canine genetic laboratory testing available,  to provide this information to them.  Where they obtained this information is questionable.  Use common sense when you come across such information.  Contact genetic canine laboratories and make inquiries.  There is absolutely NO DNA CANINE LABORATORY to date, that can provide this type of information to any breeder so far as of April 2, 2011.  When that happens,  I will be very happy to put that information on EVERY SINGLE puppy page we have here on our website!!

Here are a few links for Canine genetic laboratories that you may contact.  The question you will want to ask this:

"Is there a canine genetic DNA test available that will specifically tell what percentage of Poodle and what percentage of Golden Retriever is within individual puppies born in a litter ?"  The reason you must ask about each individual puppy is because the percentage will NOT be exactly the same for all of the puppies in a hybrid litter.  Just like your percentage as a human being will be different for you and your siblings even though you have the same parents....the percentage of shared ancestry will vary per individual puppy within any given litter even though the parents are the same.  You can have 8 puppies with the same exact parents and out of those 8 puppies,  one may have more Poodle DNA;  one may have more Golden Retriever DNA;  some may have the same exact DNA;  some may have 50/50.  A DNA profile would have to conducted on each individual puppy PER litter,  every single time.  The PERCENTAGE INFORMATION you find on some websites for Goldendoodle breeders is completely inaccurate and the information is made up by that individual breeder,  whom ever they may be.  This is a sales tactic because the breeder is aware that buyers want NON shedding dogs!

We have 1  cream,  blue eyed male available in this litter.  He is a beautiful cream color and has a very thick,  shaggy coat. His coat is longer and thicker than the rest of the pups.

If you are looking for a smooth coat Goldendoodle...ie...a doodle that will most resemble the Golden Retriever but has little shedding,  we have 1 female and 2 males in this litter who are apricot and are a smooth coat. *See "Meet Meeryn"  as an example.  They are identical in appearance.

A smooth coat Goldendoodle NEVER has a facial beard,  but they DO have feathering about the legs, tail and the underbelly.  They always have fluff about the neck and head and their body coat can be fluffy as well.  The remaining pups are apricot in color and will be shaggy.

The rest of the doodles in the litter are apricot, with  short, shaggy coats.  They are males with the exception of 1 female.  We do not expect this litter to get over 50 lbs. as an adult.

Blue eyed, cream male from Goldendoodle World
The male up above has blue eyes and is available.  Our blue eyed doodles are $1500 firm with amenities seperate and not included in their price.  This is because we rarely have Goldendoodles with blue eyes.  We expect this male to be approx. 48 lbs as an adult.  This male is cream; He is a thick shaggy coat Goldendoodle.   He has  a Golden Retriever temperament just like all of the pups in this litter.   Our blue eyed Goldendoodles are exceptional dogs.  They DO NOT have any visual disturbances just because they have lighter colored eyes.  Their eyes are normal as far as how they function.  We are the only breeder so far,  with blue eyed Goldendoodles which is why we require our blue eyed Goldendoodles to be spayed or neutered before they leave us. They remain exclusive to us so far.
Blue eyed, cream, shaggy coat male. This male could reach approx. 48 lbs as an adult.

The Goldendoodles listed on this page are available and are extremely sweet; playful and waiting for children to play with.

Our Goldendoodles come with a 30 day limited courtesy genetic warranty.   If you feel you need something more,  we  welcome all clients to purchase a genetic health warranty    than what we offer as a courtesy if a client is  concerned about a possible  long term genetic health issue that could possible crop up down the road.   Testing doesn't really "guarantee"  anything for dogs.  Breeders can't look into a magic crystal ball and forsee the future for their client's Goldendoodle.  Testing is not a safety net for your Goldendoodle.  Paying for a genetic health warranty really gives the breeder extra money and makes the client feel better.  What we know is the history of our Goldendoodles has been that they have been very healthy dogs thus far.  Since 1999,  we've had great success with our Goldendoodles being outstanding dogs..

We feed all of our puppies  "Pedigree Puppy" dry mixed with  "Pedigree Puppy"  canned  "chicken and beef" which adds meat to their dry food.    We then add  water to their food.   Our puppies play in their water which is why we add water to their food.  We now feed THIS litter three times a day.  As young puppies,  we feed them five small meals a day and progress them to three times a day.  Since 1999,  our Goldendoodles have had relatively few health issues and no known GENETIC linked health issues that we know of.

WE WELCOME ALL  CLIENTS TO PERSONALLY PICK UP THEIR GOLDENDOODLE FROM  OUR HOME...HOWEVER...
ALL are required to submit  our canine application with payment in  FULL prior to  arrival.  This prevents a client from accidentally causing our puppies and dogs becoming ill from canine communicable diseases.  This happens when people  handle  multiple puppies and dogs while on their search for their ultimate family pet.  There are no exceptions to our policy.  If our policy is not something that agrees with your belief system,  then we wish you well on your doodle quest.  Our policy protects our dogs and our dogs  are our first   priority.  Our clients are our second priority.  Browsers are not our priority.  Those seeking to tell whether or not they are "allergic" to a Goldendoodle are not our priority at all.  Those wanting photos of our Goldendoodles are not at all on our priority list.  This website has hundreds of images upon numerous pages for your viewing pleasure.

Our Goldendoodles are spayed and neutered if they are old enough for this procedure.  We DO NOT sell our dogs for breeding purposes.  All are sold for pets only.  We do require all clients to submit vet documentation to us within a reasonable amount of time,  showing this procedure has been completed.  Our canine application is our spay/neuter agreement.  We expect that all purchased puppies are altered by the age of six months if the doodle has brown or multi colored eyes and the procedure hasn't been completed by our vet at the time of purchase.   Blue eyed doodles may not leave our premises without being altered first.     We do not mind holding our puppies for our customers, HOWEVER they MUST be paid IN FULL and we do charge a boarding fee for this service.   A boarding/pet sitting fee is usually $18-25 per day.  Sometmes we will waive this fee,  depending if we have room or are able to do so.

Feel free to call us at 704-278-DOGS (3647) if you have any questions.
Goldendoodle World offers smooth, curly and shaggy coat Goldendoodles
This November litter offers very outgoing puppies that have the Golden Retriever temperament.  We have three smooth coat Goldendoodles in this litter available.  One male;  two females.
This gorgeous shaggy male has sky blue eyes! He is shaggy and extremely loving!
The male to the left has sky blue eyes and his coat is cream in color.  He has a thick, shaggy coat that is different from his siblings.  This happens when our doodles pick up a bit more Poodle than Golden Retriever genes where coat is concerned.  However,  his temperament is that of the Golden Retriever.  Playful, outgoing and beautiful.  All of our blue eyed Goldendoodles are $1500 firm.  We very seldom have blue eyes even though we have worked diligently at trying to have them more often.
This adorable shaggy coat Goldendoodle baby will have a lovely shaggy coat by the time she is 1 yr of age.
When our Goldendoodles pick up more Golden Retriever genes,  it takes them longer to become shaggy.  However,  rest assure,  all of the pups who are a "shaggy coat",  will have one,  by the time they are 1 year of age.  The three "smooth coat" babies will all look like a Golden Retriever as an adult but will shed very,  very little since they ARE a Goldendoodle.
Beautiful Goldendoodles by Goldendoodle World available for sale
One of our clients shared with us her videos  of "Lucas".  He is a Goldendoodle from our Goldendoodle World.  Apricot with some curls in his coat.  They keep his coat short since Lucas enjoys swimming.  All of our Goldendoodles LOVE to play in water and they love water sports as well as swimming!  Another video of Lucas is below.   Special Thanks to Rimma of California.  The Goldendoodles in this litter are sporty doodles whom would work out great for anyone whom enjoys outdoor activities.  These doodles LOVE being in the water!
