Also, you probably already know, but Aspen's dad is 'Lake Ridge Pierre Jouet Vogue' --- quite a name !
We are really enjoying Aspen, she's a great doodle and we get lots of compliments; she's such a happy dog !

Hello Dee,
Here are some recent pictures of Gracie. She is doing so well and we
are really enjoying her. I hope you and your family had a wonderful
Christmas and have a great new year!!
Katherine Sweeney
Dear Katherine,
Thank you so much for these adorable photos of Gracie! She has such beautiful blue eyes....very brilliant! I love my blue eyed and green eyed doodles as they are so very unique. She looks exactly like one of her brothers, who also has the brilliant blue eyes and smooth coat. I love those ears!hahah Below is a brother of hers, Casey! He was the only one in their litter that had a shaggy coat and brown eyes. The rest were smooth coats with light colored eyes. I love her fuzz that outlines her head and neck! She's adorable!

Hi Dee. Let me know when you add Casey to your web site. We will take a look after its up.
Casey is curled up at my feet as I type. He follows me where ever I go!! He is such a people loving puppy. He vocalizes all the time like he is talking to us as he cocks his head from side to side. It is so funny. He wants to be wherever we are. We took Casey on a hike New Years Eve near Lake Lure. He had so much fun and so did we. Here are a couple of pictures from our hike. Good luck with your leaks. At least the sun is shining today even though it is bitter cold.
Happy New Year!
Melissa
Hi Melissa! Thank you for the terrific photos of Casey and your children! It looks like they had alot of fun! Up above is Casey's sister, Gracie! Hard to tell they came out of the same litter, eh? Bella had 3 smooth coats and 1 shaggy coat and Casey is the shaggy coat and Gracie is the smooth coat. He was also the only one in his litter with brown eyes! lol
My husband spent from 6am until midnight new Year's eve removing a window from our home and ripping out about 12ft X 8ft of wall because apparently we've had a slow leak around the window since we purchased our home! It was a really good thing we discovered the leak because as it turns out, the company that built our home ran a wire right under that window and did NOT cover or protect that wire whatsoever! We basically had an open, live wire getting dripped on with water and it could have turned into a fire causing us to lose our entire home! So, this aggravating event has turned into a blessing. The day after that event, my husband had to start re-roofing the building for my dogs because we found the roof was leaking out there! My building isn't that old so I was really upset about that! He's out in the extreme cold weather right now, roofing the building and its going down to 18 degrees tonight. So we have to get the roof done before it rains again! Take care and thanks for keeping in touch! We love watching our Goldendoodles grow.

Hi Dee,
Murphy (our Goldendoodle you sent to us) went to the vet today and everything was fine. The Puppy looks great!
I've attached some pics of me, Kate and Murphy. The one with all of us together is the one taken in the park where I proposed to Kate.
It worked great! My friend that she didn't know, walked the dog. Kate saw the dog from far away and said "lets walk that way so we can pass by the dog and I can pet it". It was perfect! I dropped the ring while proposing cause I was nervous but besides that it went smooth. Kate did not suspect a thing. Everyone thought it was the perfect puppy and the perfect proposal.
We taught Murphy to ring a bell every time he needs to go outside, this is about 90% effective now. He can sit and come and is starting to give kisses.
Today he was barking a lot at night, usually he whines for a bit then is quiet.
Thanks for all your help Dee. I will keep you posted and I can send you more pics if you want. I will be getting more.
Jack

Dear Jack, Thank you so much for these lovely photos and YES...please send as many as you want! We love getting photos and comments and email about our beautiful Goldendoodle dogs! You are such a romantic! When I first told my vet and his staff about "Murphy" being an engagement/Christmas present and told them your story...everyone was oohing and aw-ing! Your story was a FIRST, for them and I thought it was absolutely romantic in every way. I'm so glad you did NOT listen to that vindictive doodle breeder who sent you a private email telling you lies about us and our Goldendoodle dogs! What a very spiteful thing to do just to sell one of their own dogs!!!! I wish you could remember who sent you that email so that we could forward it to our attorney! We've had some encounters over the years from a very small handful of spiteful, hateful people who have been trying to ruin our reputation and business with their lies about us as a business and as a person or about our dogs and as you see for yourself, our Goldendoodles are wonderful dogs and not anything that breeder wrote to you saying!!! I actually go out of my way to try and make my customers as happy as possible. I'm not perfect but I do as much as humanly possible for anyone who buys a dog from me, whenever I can. There are just some people you can't please, no matter what you do or say. There isn't a perfect breeder on the face of this planet even though some of these doodle breeders sure think they are!!! I do know for a fact that we have a much higher adoption success rate for Goldendoodles than any other doodle breeder in the United States and perhaps it's THAT fact that causes so many to be jealous or do spiteful things like posting hateful, erroneous and very untruthful things about us over the Internet just so they can lure people in their own direction or in the direction of their breeder friends just to make a sale. I was thrilled to help you, Jack, the pleasure of assisting you was definitely all mine! I'm so glad your fiance, Kate, was overwhelmed at your gesture of love! We would appreciate your referring us to anyone who falls in love with Murphy! We'd also love to have as many photos of Murphy, you and Kate as you wish to send! May you, Kate and Murphy have a very blessed and safe 2008!
Dee

Thank you, Robin, for sending me more photos of Meeryn. I did create a personal page for her and you can see more photos of Meeryn, a smooth coat Goldendoodle from our Goldendoodle World, by clicking here. It's hard to believe that she and Marley come from the same litter and have the same exact parents! *See Marley below on the wrought iron bench.* I just found out today, Jan. 4, 2008 that another brother of Meeryn's is named Marley too! lol That's going to be confusing when we start getting photos! So now one Marley lives in NC and the other in Tenn.

Hi Dee,
Here are two of the pages from the Atlanta Petz magazine that Max, along with Hunter, were featured in. Would you like the full article? I can scan it for you. They are funny..…I call this my “smiling golden's” photo. We got Max from your seven years ago and he's absolutely the smartest Golden Retriever I've ever owned! He's very much loved around here. My best friend is Max's personal vet and she calls him "Old man". I've also sent you the actual photo that was featured in the magazine article showing Max and Hunter along with their "retriever buddy" in the window.
Karen

Dear Karen, I was sooo very glad to hear from you as I still remember the original photos you sent to me of Max when he was a small puppy and your son was in his baseball uniform! It took some time for me to search through my hundreds of photos on my computer that so many of my customers have sent to me over the years, but I FINALLY found some that you sent seven years ago!!! It's wonderful to hear from someone who got one of my purebred Golden Retrievers from so long ago. Your the only one who has kept in touch, regarding my retrievers and its nice to know Max was featured in a magazine, along with his friend, Hunter. We've had three of our Goldendoodles featured in magazines so far, so its cool to see one of my purebred Golden Retrievers finally making the cut! lol
I'd love to get more photos of Max and I'm very sorry to hear that your dad passed away. I found a photo of your dad and Max, that you had sent to me a long time ago. I've placed some of those photos down below. Keep in touch and come back to us when your ready to add another friend for Max and Hunter.
Dee

Karen, I found these photos on my computer that you had sent to me many years ago. I'm sure your sons have grown up quite a bit since these photos were taken of them with Max ! We'd love to get updated photos if you have them. I even found one that you sent that had Max and your dad together.

Dear Debbie,
I thank you and your family for coming out Saturday to pick up your lovely female Goldendoodle from Ariel's litter. I'm glad my husband stayed back to make sure you were able to pick her up! I'm sorry I personally missed out on meeting you guys, as I had to rush to the hospital due to complications from my COPD. They kept me over night in the coronary care unit to run some tests. I didn't get home until sunday evening...just in time for the superbowl! Go Giants! Please keep us posted on what you name her...send us photos and updates! She's going to make a great addition for you and your family.

Special thanks to the Springer family for sending us this lovely photo of their Goldendoodle, Sunny and their daughter.
Sunny is a beautiful, first generation Goldendoodle from our Goldendoodle World. Her daddy is "Darby" and her mother is "Queenie". Sunny was born in 2005 and is now 3 years old. We still have some lovely doodles available for sale out of Queenie and Darby's 2007 litter!

Dear Karen, Thank you so much for sending me this lovely photo of Max and your son. Your son sure has grown since we saw him last. Yes, Max is sure grayng isn't he??? He really reminds me of Gruffy when he was that age. Gruffy passed away in his sleep at age 14 years. I can't remember if Gruffy was Max/s father, but they sure to resemble each other greatly. I am glad that Max has provided you with many, many years of happiness. Max is now 8 years old isn't he? We hope you'll get either another Golden from us eventually or get a Goldendoodle.
Give Max a hug from us and tell your son we said hello. We hope you had a nice valentines day!

Subject: Photos of Harley and Dyna

Dear Dee,
Here are a couple of photos of Harley and Dyna, our Goldendoodles that we got from your Goldendoodle World. Harley is 4 as of Dec. 2007 and Dyna is 2 as of Oct. 2007. We love our Doodles! Harley is 157 pounds at his last weigh in at our vet's office and Dyna weighs 35 pounds. Dyna rules the roost around here.
They love to play with each other and have become best pals.
Angie
Harley and Dyna enjoy playing with their master.
Dyna is one of our smaller doodles that weighs 35 pounds and she is 2 years of age. We DON'T call our thirty five pound doodles "MIniature Goldendoodles" as a notation for those seeking a smaller doodle. They just happen to be smaller that's all. In order for a Goldendoodle to be factually considered a "Miniature Goldendoodle" they must come from a lineage of 25 pound ancestors and they themselves must weigh no more than 25 pounds. That in itself is virtually impossible, which is why we do not call our smaller doodles "Mini doodles". Dyna is a cream colored, shaggy coated Goldendoodle that has been trimmed by her groomer.

Harley (to the right) is one of the largest Goldendoodles we've ever created and so far, the ONLY Goldendoodle that we know of from any of our litters that turned out to weigh 157 pounds.
In short, he's the size of a small pony! haha
Some of his weight is environmental since he is a neutered male. Many dogs do pack on a few extra pounds when altered whether male or female. Harley is a light apricot, shaggy coat Goldendoodle. Unless any other customer of ours disputes Harley as being the largest doodle we've ever created, we have to say he's the one and only of his size and he's even larger than our original, largest Golden Retriever named Gruffy, who weighed in at 125 pounds in his prime. Gruffy has since crossed the rainbow bridge at 14 yrs of age, but even at the time of his death, he weighed 98 pounds.

Hi Dee,
Riley was born on 10/20/2002. His father is Scisco's Kid and his mother is Hailey's Comet. He was a huge puppy when we took him home at age 6weeks. Riley was almost 15 lbs when we took him home. He's now about 85-89 lbs. and 24 1/2 inchesat the withers and solid all over. Riley is possibly one of the most handsome dogs we've ever known and that's shared by many who know and meet him. His personality contributes to his popularity. He's VERYsmart and clever too. He lives for anyone's affection and talks to anyone who will listen. Riley sings and tells us just what he wants:to eat for breakfast (every morning at 7:30 a.m.). He tells us when he wants to go outside to potty, fetch his ball, or just that it's time for some pets and affection. He can find a ball in the pitch dark from across an acre of yard! He'sthe brother Sarah Grace (our daughter) never had and he's a great companion for Jim who works from home, but there's no experience like "mommy's home"! Riley wags and shakes and leans and sings as if I'd been gone for a week, every single time I walk in the door. He swims and plays in the water tirelessly. Riley loves boating with us! He will not get back on the boat until every person is out of the water. He loves to "rescue"kids by swimming them back to the boat ladder while they hold on to his tail. We haven't gotten him on to the jet ski yet but there's always next summer. I'm attaching pictures that you're welcome to post on the website. I've seen it lately and it's great. It would be cool to see more +5 year old Goldendoodles from your Goldendoodle World!
Val, Jim and Sarah Grace Onderka
Dear Valerie, we had created a personal page for Riley many years ago when you first began sending us photos! Here's the link to his personal page so that you can continue to send us great photos for others to enjoy. I agree that more past customers should send us photos and updates so that many people can see how wonderful our Goldendoodles really are!!! Riley will be six years old this October, but we actually have older doodles out there somewhere that were purchased back in 1999 and we'd love to see them! Many people don't believe us when we tell them that regardless of whom the parents are for our Goldendoodles, we see alot of consistancy in how our doodles look. Riley favors Harley (see photos up above Riley's) very much and they were born years apart and came from different parents! Your praises only confirm what we've known all these years....how perfectly wonderful our Goldendoodles can be! CLICK HERE TO VISIT RILEY'S PERSONAL DOODLE PAGE!

Here are some pics of Murphy for you! One photo shows Murphy being in trouble! He snuck into the rabbits cage so he could play with Beasley! I thought it was funny. I don't know how he fit through that door! He is having a great time! Murphy is one of the best students in puppy kindergarten. He is great with kids and other dogs; I'm sure he will pass the test and become a great therapy dog! You really picked a winner, Dee! I have more pics but March is very busy for me. I will try to send more at the end of the month. Thanks for sending the other pics. If you have more, please send them! We'd even love to have the ones on the web site of Ariel's little because i cannot save them off your web site. I would also like to have a pic of his parents.

Hi Dee,
I found your email.
Here is a picture of Barkley with our granddaughter Catherine reading to him (Barkley is the puppy you have a picture of on your website with a brown bear in his mouth on the day we picked him up)... He has been by her side since she was three days old, watching out for her and giving her many kisses. These are the best dogs for children, she can lay down on him or take toys away from him and he is just as gentle as can be with her. Barkley lives in Jacksonville Florida and everyone loves him and thinks he is the most beautiful dog they have ever seen. Thanks for the best dog ever. Barkley was born Feb. 2005 and is now three years old.

Dear Cathy,
Thank you so much for such a cute photo! Looks like Barkely is enjoying have a book read to him! Please let me know what litter he is from, how big he is now and what his birthday is. We look forward to more photos if you want to send them to us. Hugs to all! We have doodles that are just as terrific looking for homes so please let your friends know where to find us. By the way, I need to get you in touch with Sheri, who also has one of our doodles and lives in Jacksonville. Perhaps you guys can get the doodles together some day!

Hello Dee,
Just a short message to ensure you: Bink has arrived! He is really very cute. Everything went very well for his trip here to Holland. He is a little bit shy and frightened, but that not strange with such a long trip and these new people.
He is lying on his bench now and just looks around. Later we send more news!
Monique
Dear Edwin and Monique,
I'm so glad that BINK made it to Holland in one piece! He had such a long flight but I'm glad he is there now and all is well. He'll be naturally a little scared for a few days because everything is now new to him but you will find that he is such a lovely Goldendoodle! He's very playful, loving, kind, sweet and quiet. He'll make a terrific companion to your son. We look forward in hearing from you and getting photos, over time. Please tell your friends in Amsterdam about us since we would love to see more of our Goldendoodles in Holland and the surrounding areas. Both my husband and I visited Holland (Amsterdam) in 1994 and 1995 and we had such a great time. The only down side was that your hotels do not have air conditioning and we went in the dead of heat in July!!! We stayed at a four star hotel and spent much of our time in their swimming pool to stay cool! haha We also loved how nice everyone was there. We took our dog with us and had stopped at a roadside cafe that sat next to a cobble stone road. They brought our dog a stainless steel bowl filled with fresh cut lemons and water and we thought that was soo cool! Both my husband and I talk so much about one day returning to Holland and Germany because we loved it so much while there and I bonded immediately with the culture.

Update Bink

Hi Dee,
Just a short update on Bink. He is doing rather well. He seems to feel a little bit more comfortable since arriving here in Holland. Most of the time he prefers his bench. We took off the top and know he is able to check everything from his safe environment. He is still shy and a bit frightened but it is going much better than yesterday. Especially Monique he seems to trust. This afternoon we took him out of his bench and then he walks around a little bit in the living room sniffing around and checking where we are all the time. We have bought the food you advised and he is eating and drinking well. We have walked outside several times now and I am really surprised. He behaves like a real gentlemen and he is very disciplined. I suppose you have trained him. When Bink is settled down the 2 boys can go out with him for a walk on their own.
We keep you informed.
Sincerely,
Edwin
Dear Edwin, I am assuming when you say "Bench" that you are talking about his crate? Yes, he is crate trained and is an indoor/outdoodle doodle. Most of our adult doodles are. Over a few days, he'll become more use to his new environment. Have no worries. He loves everybody and everybody loves him. He was very playful while here. I recommend maybe getting him acquainted with a neighborhood doggie so he can have another canine pal to help him adjust faster. Because everyone and everything is new to him right now, it will take a few days and all will be as though he has always lived there.
